The boys are back… Al Gough and Miles Millar (Wednesday, Smallville) join us to talk about everything that went on behind the scenes with creating Netflix’s biggest new series Wednesday! The guys talk about the nerves of getting Tim Burton involved in the project, the difficulties of filming during the pandy in Romania, and how just about every studio said ‘no’ to (what would become) the second most popular TV series of all time. We also talk about the evolution of storytelling with streaming services, how they’ve mastered the art of teenage sci-fi, and of course… our time together on Smallville.

WEDNESDAY Creators Share the Truth Behind JENNA ORTEGA’s Dance Scene #insideofyou #jennaortega #wednesday
I like how she squeezed in the dance the original Wednesday did with Lurch in the tv show.
I haven't seen the original show but I do remember the dance Tuesday Weld did with Lurch. If Jenna didn't do the exact same thing in her show it's darn close. To say she created it for her TV show is a bit of a stretch.
Yeah. It just sucks that you have to catch it when she does it, because the camera doesn't capture it properly.
Method acting does that to you. When youre so engulfed in a character you lose yourself but in the best way. Wednesday is such a psychopathic character that you cant break from it. Jenna even said she didnt realise it until the director pointed it out to her that for some reason when they yell 'action!' She cant blink. She instantly stops blinking and develops this blanked expression like wednesday would. Its stellar acting, truly.
In my opinion, Wednesday's dance does rival the pulp fiction dance. It's that good.
The dance is great but Jenna took it to another level, she is very watchable 😊
what do you mean? That was her dance, she created it...
I feel like those two producers are gaslighting us on that story. They have a choreographer there but he didn't plan a Wednesday Adams themed dance and said, "You come up with something". That makes no sense.
THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS JUST DYNAMITE
She hired Sparky Polastri.
Jenna's great!
Some people are just that talented
It is not a great dance, without the camera changes and editing it is nothing
I disagree -- I've seen other people do it on RUclips without any editing, and it holds up. It works really well with Goo Goo Muck and hits a lot of the dance references within The Addams Family show and films.
Thank you! Not to be a hater but Jesus, the praise this BS gets where she just stares at the camera little waiving her arms
Agreed, such hyperbole over nothing.
Disagree...my 8-year-old daughter reenacts it. It's great.
one would think writers are articulate, but they sound like stroke survivors....
I'm still not buying it. That dance was choreographed. And the showrunners here can't even agree on the Choreographer's sex -- the first guy says 'he' and the second says 'she'.
IMDB shows the Choreographer as Ioana Macarie. If I was her, I'd be pissed off.
i think you misunderstood - ‘he’ was used to describe the choreographer & ‘she’ was used to describe jenna
You sound like you're already pissed off, which is weird because its about people you've never met in a situation that has nothing to do with you.
@@m.c.johnson7437 First showrunner clearly says 'he'; second showrunner -- guy with the British accent, Miles -- says "We had a choreographer, she didn't use her". That's pretty clear. At least he's aware the choreographer is a woman, unlike Al Gough.
@@Mallory-Malkovich You sound like you're already pissed off that I have an opinion. And you've never met me and have nothing to do with this situation either. Weird, hunh?
@@tygerstripes3752 I'm not pissed off, sweetie. I just felt bad for you because you seemed really worked up over something meaningless, and I know from experience how futile that can be. But I should have just asked if you were feeling okay instead of criticizing you. I let you down, and I'm sorry.
#insideofyouclips these guys are lying to you #ichallangethoseguys to do a side by side of #plupfictionmovie and her dancing I swear they both just admitted they ripped off plup fiction
Weird mate.
@@kb5509 I second that. Very weird indeed
@@kb5509 not really more like facts and only some people are just to dumb to see my point and if I met Jenna Ortega I’ll even record the question being asked by me if she ripped off pulp fiction and if she says yea then I’d be right while everyone who doesn’t see it is wrong
@@jamesedillor6053 you're just incorrect. comparing them side by side proves you wrong, and I'm a dancer.
@@Christopherhaden Yeah but he has eyeballs…
Why the hell do they keep attacking her they are two-faced both of them 😢
Who is attacking her, exactly?
She’s rumored to be an entitled asshole.
And she treats the writers like crap.
I bet you haven’t watched the video!
Most overrated moment in anything ever filmed.
I already know the reason behind the dance scene #insideofyouclips the dance scene was a complete ripoff of #plupfiction from the dance club bar scene literally watch both dance scenes side by side and you’ll see a resemblance
Eh there's a slight homage there but it's pretty different. Nah.
@@keithmichael112 slight lol umm no the entire scene is a ripoff you have to be retarded in order to not see it right in your face they are eating and dancing theirs a song being played by a dj that you can’t see and then they go to the middle of the dance floor and start dancing it’s the same feel as the song in pulp fiction and even the creators slipped up with saying plup fiction hell even the actress admitted she didn’t really come up with the dance on her own and she saw another movie that helped her do this dance duh I’m a high functioning retard and I’m also a movie buff for example every animated dc films is now the synder verse go back and watch those movies then synder movies all the way up to the new flash movie see #dccomics already had an idea of where they were going but #warnnerbrothersstudio lied saying dc was all over the place with no direction when they had one already
@@keithmichael112- Yeah, this is a bizarre take. It's admittedly a combination of different elements... and so was the pulp fiction dance. Very odd stance to take here.
