Just goes to show that Dane is not merely a meme content creator, but a brilliant strategist as well. Edit: one thing I have to correct though, you said your opponent didn't know about Weblord, but Betrug gave it away at 6:22. Still don't think they expected this kind of gameplay... Edit2: I can't seem to find VOD of this game. Was it on March, 30 like Dane suggested?

I played against a completely golden version of this deck which utilised blood of the ancient one; since they will be transformed into a 30/30 before they die from betrug. An interesting choice that they added was vargoth in order to maximise shuffles after it was summoned from Dorian/betrug. As a control player it was perhaps the most enjoyable and skill testing game I have had in a while.
Now that.... that sounds awesome!
This is the kind of Wild I like. Where people have unorthodox ideas and develop them into wholly unique decks and then battle it out for whose crazy idea was better executed. If only netdecking wasn't a thing...

Definitely one of the more interesting Decks to play, and one that can easily be teched in a number of ways depending on the current meta.
I definitely recall trading in Sylvanas for something (can't remember the exact card I removed) at one point because it was an excellent way to disrupt enemies who were running heavily minion focused decks and in particular rez priest.
Nothing was better than shuffling multiple copies of her in, only for one to get resummoned by Beltrug and then steal a huge enemy minion at the end of the turn. Dollmaster was excellent on that front as well, and this sort of deck is one of the few that could output enough consistent value to deal with the nonsense that is those decks (Never mind being able to lock out their big spells!).

Dane using Shudderwock created a state where the opponent could literally do nothing aside from heropower. No matter the handstate. (and there was potential to remove ability to heropower as well)

As a POGO mill rogue player... LOVED THIS VID. Just hope this deck don't becomes really "meta" becose it can became my NIGHTMARE!!! Really, nice build and nice explanation of how to play with it! Mill it's a sinergy, not a deck, and like all sinergy knows some counter, but most of people just hate it without reason:/ Hope to see some other cool matchup with this deck really loving it!

@@Filer169 Mill isn't a deck, mill it's a strategy to suck off control players that don't play cards. I play a pogo hopper mill rogue, it's a really "similar" deck of this one in fact because u choose ur WC while playing the game. Can destroy highlander/control thanks to coldlight, just massacre mechatun/combo, against "mid" u go for pogo and ramp them as big as u can til u one shot them basically. U got ooze for weapons(old kingsbane times

If your opponent's hand is full of stuff they can't use, Chaos Gazer might cause them to gain the handspace for something useful that would otherwise have been burnt because of a full hand.

@@RydWolf Chaos Gazer first and then Weblord or Boompistol Bully. If it hits a battlecry minion it is possibly unplayable.

yo dane, for a budget version of this deck would i be able to drop one of dollmaster or betrug? and if so which one, and what should i replace it with.
I tried that without dollmaster before i could craft him. Didnt work nearly as well and the deck (at least the one i played) became a losing one because of it.
Although, i dont use Dane's decklist though so it might work.
Dorian gives u the minions permanently (sticking on the board) although they are 1/1.
Betrug gives u a minion that dies at the end of turn so i guess its up to you want suits your playstyle the best.
I could taste his hopelesness, like a little fly struggling inside the spiders bite, getting sucked the juices out of him. Superb Sensai, truly superb.

@@dandandan01 it's an mtg deck archetype where your objective is to lock out your opponen by "stacking" tax effects(making you pay mana when making actions) and making everything you cast super expensive. This is viewed badly from most of the community since you actually see your oponent in mtg.
@@dandandan01 It's from MtG. Originally it was called "$T4KS", aka The $4K Solution, because I guess it used to cost around $4000 to put together and prominently featured the card Smokestack. Later the name evolved into just "Stax." Essentially it's a prison deck full of cards that deprive your opponent of mana while also making spells cost more, locking them out of the game.

To be honest you were playing against an unoptimized mill deck which puts cards in your deck. You don't want albatross and nerubians in a nzoth mill deck and he played pretty poorly
Maybe truth, not the best mill deck, but the gameplan of the deck it's just AMAZING... and I will not be sure a "complete" mill can beat this deck.
Surly the turn he played the 0 mana vanish was absollutely ridicolous.

Why did he flood his deck with lab recruiters ruining the momentum from togwaggle and galakrond? He could have pulled that undead defender and just slowly built a defensive wall instead.

I am actually playing a similar deck, one that i have wanted to play for a long time but lacked the cards for it. With the new patch (and elixir) i could finally craft the final components of it. I am a lot more into the demon parts of this kind of deck and abandoned the eternal cards thingy but still, it makes for super fun games! I have uploaded a few to my channel already though please look if you are interested :D A lot more coming, putting in hours and hours every day, just need to edit the stuff and the good games out. :)
