The damage reduction call doesn't seem to effect bleeds at all, and also seems to "miss" a lot. I was not able to get good results. Only having basic bite is pretty weak. The lower hp makes you extremely week in pvp, as specially since the metri is now the primary attack target. The stamina runs out way to fast and take far to long to recover. I find this re-work to be a nerf.
How much damage does the bite and the claws???
I am not sure after the update, I belive it was 40 bite and 45 claw before but I am unsure on that as well. It does about 1/10ish of a raptors hp so its still in that ball park.
I think bite does 50. Not sure how much claws does. Also with intimidating screech you have to be careful to not hit your own teammates
went from the *perfect* solo ambusher to a venomless support groupie. shame on the devs for this complete trashing of the metri.
Skills with so long cooldowns aren't fun, and is one of the issues I have with this game. An smaller heal with a much faster cooldown would be more fun. Or even better, make it a reactive skill or linked to another action (like an attack that heals a % of the damage, or even better, a venom that heals the stamina drained).
I think the old metri sounded better with the venom , If only they left that in then he would of been better , with the healing ability

Personally I prefer the claw attack as it seems to do more damage and is a little easier to hit with.
Small advice to any solo raptors: don't bother trying to pounce kill a metri, he will shake you off way before you can kill him and your gonna get a mouth full of poison, you are unlikely to get away from the metri without stamina and a poison on you.

Reminder, while Metri lose 50 health, the 500 Cw it got makes Tankier Tankier then before
That metri claw attack should do a lot dmg considering metri almost killed my sucho while facetanking.

They did buff the Metris combat weight, so that could be part of the damage buff.
Really that’s surprising…sucho has much higher cw so it’s bites would do way more damage, while Metris claw will do less damage then it’s base amount. Sounds like it was maybe a baby sucho?
They ruined the Metri and gave everything to the Meg 😢, which dosent even belong in a dinosaur game
I swear, I killed 3 sub adult Pycnos with Metri today, didn´t even could heal me cause my stam was too low.. it was amazing
That intimidating shout works for only the nearest Dino and it affects just one Dino. I tested it. It’s good for when you’re low and running for your life. Pop that keep running. Low on stam? Heal from below 25 to full.
In my opinion every ability for every dino should be available that has ever been put out . This way we would have the freedom to make whatever build we like . Limited to the slots available . For example If you want a venom metri you can make it, or a healer would be a choice you would have to make . All types of builds would be able to be ran on all dinosaurs . The give and take sucks .
Putrid scales is good for countering the new raptors but not if they are in a big group , i like that they made it bigger but the nerfs weren’t needed
I was at first sad that they removed the venom, but I LOOVE the rapid healing ability. Makes up for the bad stam.

You should do a who’s better series, like is PT Rex better than vanilla rex or is metri better than Yutyrannus

I don't see anyone talking about megs new buff roar I mean I don't use the buff roar on meg a whole lot but I think meg needs a little bit more attention because it does a lot of venom now great video btw :D
Hustle sounds more like a pursuit or get away call that would force enemies to use more stam to chase or get away.
The servers you are testing these skills in pvp, I know every server can buff its Dino’s. So is this server more closer to officials dino stats? I won’t be making a metri for now. Id rather focus on the Allo. I have a feeling they will be doing something for it in the future.

Imo if they wanted to fix venom just make it work like a bleed super easy fix and you don't have to rework dinos as much idk
might wanna do dasp since not only did it's bite piercing has been added buuut it has a sense too called carnage which does 20% damage if you are 75 meters by a corpse

Metri eats through stam so any dinos that can chase a metri down or out stam it instantly win (if they are stronger than the metri ofc)
I didn't see him use the green healing call which heals you and teammates and that only has a 5min CD every time I use it
I definitely want to group with other metri on official gondwa or any community

The metri still viable to use. It has chance to kill a cera+ if u use heal that is for sure and the claw atack does really good damage

Went in combat with the worst gifa player I ve ever seen... and he won
After I gave him something like 30 bites he just destroyed me with few kicks and tail slaps
A single metri isn't supposed to solo giga..... U would need atlest 3
Merti sucks now. The devs saw the mod for YuTyrannosaurus and stole the idea for a healer. The removed the venom bite which gave him a uniqueness to the game. Because he was only one of two dinos that had Venom. Now the only dinosaur in the game that has a Venom attack is the Meg. While the merti is for defense only and completely useless if they're running the skin that lowers Venom effect. Salt on all this is pretty much a major Nerf to this type of dinosaur
How much damage does he do now ? With his bite and claw attack?
His bite does only 20 and claw does 35 which is abysmal damage. Hope they get buffed tbh

I would say Laten is better at the moment, deino is supposed to get some new abilities later so keep an eye on it for that.
Laten is better it has more buffs. Deino isn’t too bad but it’s lacking some skills to be a bit more competitive with the Laten.

@@Mr.Skits94 I honestly didn’t feel a difference when I was playing with him. He still has decent stamina drain. Maybe cause he’s alittle bigger now they changed the speed of the stamina recovery
@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYT he has like the 2nd worst stam regen for carnis now. Or at least it feels like he does. 😂
