I'm one of those people who can beat Tom ellis and Tom Hiddleston in English inside my brain, but when it comes to speaking it out, I go blank 😂😂

You have to target 4 areas
1. listening
2. reading
3. writing
4. speaking
How to improve
first see where you stands i.e you English level
1. you know nothing about English
2. you can understand but can't speak
3. not fluent due to lack of practice
4. you are already a ultra pro max but want to maintain it
Simple ways to improve
1. loudly read one article daily ( don't focus on content just read)
PRO taxiing tip : read aviation magazines
2. watch English movies with subtitles as it improve your listening and comprehensive skills and makes you familiar with different types of words and how to pronounce them correctly. after sometime switch to no subtitle and examine your increment in you level
PRO takeoff tip : watch aircraft investigation series

3. you must know the basic grammar rules
just open youtube type baisc grammar rules cousre and go through it , revise and brush up your lost grammar skills
Infact you only need basic rules in your whole freaking life
PRO landing tip : focus on tenses
4. whenever you learn new word just google it and note it down in your smartphone
PRO TAXIING TIP : before bed make 10 sentences on each word you learnt today and after finishing delete the note 🤛because making sentence is enough to memorize the word usage and meaning rather than just memorizing it's meaning
5. Practice practice and practice
PRO TAKE OFF Tip : arrange a zoom meeting on weekends with your topper students or someone who knows English better than you and ask him to correct you Whenever you make mistakes..discuss any topic no matter what...just discuss
e.g plot twist in your favorite webseries or anime or hent*i 🥵
This will improve your confidence and group decision skills as required for your airline examination process Also I came to know that in group decisions in airline examination mostly the topics are not related to aviation some captain said he was asked to discuss the topic honesty is the best policy
so , just imagine how much these weekend zoom meetings will help you 🙄
6. Try to write one page daily
Pro landing tip : as a student just study what you are studying by making your own notes on daily basis in ENGLISH
If you work on these factors for just freaking 6months . You will see the big difference which your English teacher couldn't do for 12years or 16 years of your academic life..

Yeah even I have experienced the same. When I was in New York for my holiday for a month in the starting even I used to face difficulty in conversing with US people. But 3-4 weeks I was confident and I could easily converse without any hesitation 💯.
