Probably one of the best year to year changes. A lot of folks who bought 2020 models prior to this mid year refresh are very envious. All additions are improving on the pain points that customers were complaining for years.
I see some comments about the look of cabinets--let me say that I think they are just right for this van. Walnut color is beautiful, quality made from an Italian designed, hinges are practical, curved design allows for both more interest and the sense of more space walking down the isle, good storage space. The 59K is a great set-up. Roof rack improvements are great.
Winnebago Travato got competition from Thor Sequence, that’s why they’re working on catch up. I saw the Travato & wasn’t excited at all, but saw the sequence my heart raced.
Love the new upgrades to the 59 GL. Has Winnebago given any thought to putting in an induction cooktop? I would love an all electric Travato - no propane. tiltable solar panels would be awesome. And a 59GL without a sink in the great bathroom.that would give a bit more room. Thanks for listening.
Hello e Jacs, The Travato does not come with a spare tire, it has a jack and lug wrench(yes). Winnebago does not offer a 4x4 option and does not offer a diesel option. It only comes in the Ram chassis. If you want a diesel Winnebago makes the Boldt, ERA for class Bs.Thank youBobbyColonial RV

The lithium system is a completely different install - they rip out a section of the stock promaster sheet metal base floor and bolt in a battery cabinet that sits descends from the original floor level, creating a “basement” of sorts where they place the lithium batteries.
I could almost be persuaded to just go with a 59GL instead of a National Park Special Edition. What, besides the bigger battery, does the NPFSE offer that a straight ‘L’ model doesn’t have? I can swap wheels and tires....

A magnetic bug screen, a Bluetooth awning that doesn’t retract automatically when the wind picks up, a nicnac holder, and so many more features that couldn’t wait that they needed a half year model... I think mister sales guy needs another Rolex to add to his collection 🤨

In regards to the model years for vehicles, its a by-product of assembly line manufacturing. Company's tool for the model coming out about 3-4 months before the end of each year.
What I will never understand how can you pay well over 100.000 Dlls and be able to afford it having kids and the usual bills ... Everything keeps going up but jobs don’t pay more ..

Auto start does not kick until 5 to 15% on the 2021 Travato as opposed to 25 to 35% on the previous models.

Winnebago should offer a cleaner “stealth” version with the original promaster badging, no Winnebago badging, and fewer exterior protrusions.
The new Winnebago Solis looks pretty stealth but crappy battery system.
