The range, the voice, the emotion, the power, but mainly the honesty. He’s Brazilian so the chances are that he too is a Christian. If so he must be so proud of this. I would have this as the Scottish national anthem if I had the power. A truly god given version.

I've had notifications of other reactors reacting to this and this is the first one I've actually watched. He has an amazing voice. Not sure what I was waiting for but maybe it was for your reaction. Mr Vasc respected the fact that this song was a very meaningful, historical piece written by John Newton who was integral to the ending of slavery by helping to change the laws. His life story was an amazing one, and it was wonderful to hear the original way it sounded with the great passion of hard metal rock. It really honored the life of John Newton in a way no one else has.
Dan is a chameleon when it comes to his voice. His voice goes from one end of the spectrum to the other and his song Choice goes from one side of the genre all the way to the other side of a genre. If you haven't checked out O Holy Night I think you would really enjoy that. He just dropped a metal version of My Heart Will Go On from titanic. It is very fulfilling.
