This video was recorded July 30, 2022 at the Toronto Caribbean Carnival (aka Caribana) Parade.
Please note that this is video is a partial recovery of a corrupt file. As a result, no video was captured at approximately 16:21 for about 1 minute, explaining the abrupt cut. Also, the camera randomly shut off early without warning showing an incorrect reading that the battery used was still full. This explains why there are two parts to this video.
