    Great session. You made every rep count and it sounds like you have a great plan to hit 350 lbs soon for reps. Keep planting the right seeds in your garden and soon everything will grow properly in the near future for you. Keep being GREAT champ!

      I like the gardening analogy. With gardening, you need to prepare the soil every year, and then you can plant the seeds. When you plant the seeds you need to make sure you group the right ones together, because certain plants do more damage than good if you plant them to close together, so you need plants that compliment and nourish each other. Then, from there, you need to make sure you're giving your plants the nourishment and attention they need to grow. You need to be pruning and weeding on a regular basis if you want a good harvest.
      There's a lot of parallels there.
      I'm thankful to be continuing to make progress, my lower back is starting to fatigue so I'll have to back off deadlifts for a bit so they don't negatively impact my squat. The good news is I can make my deadlift stronger without deadlifting heavy. I know with squats I need to be squatting heavy.
