Ever since "Lullaby for a Princess", we've been wanting to perform a song together, and we felt like this one would be really cool as a duet. Once we started recording, we realized the new arrangement kind of needed a third verse, so we decided to expand a little on the "bloom" metaphor with some new lyrics.
While we fully plan on doing more original, orchestral songs in the future, we feel the ponyphonic channel has been a bit lacking on the energetic front, and this seemed like a good opportunity to try out a more poppy, modern sound. We had a ton of fun with it, and hopefully you aren't too thrown off by our brief genre shift.
This project really pushed both of us, and it took forever (sorry!), but we're really happy with how it turned out, and we are pleased now to present you with our version of "Love is in Bloom". Enjoy!

This is a high quality cover of this song, seriously this is the kind of cover of a song you hear in a Disney film that was sung by the characters, then you hear it again in the credits. It's just absolutely fantastic!

As if the original version of the song wasn't already good enough to play at a wedding, this is even more suited for the occasion; let me say that you two have some of the best voices I've heard -in my life-. Listening to both of you in a duet is as comfortable as wearing silk pajamas.

It's like he passed me by talent-wise about five years ago and I am excited to see what doors may open for these two wonderful young people.
