This year was my first experience at a anime convention and I really enjoyed it. It really open my eyes to checking out more conventions in the future. Also, It crazy to hear my voice in the video. After that experience, I felt so embarrassed because I really just walk up to your table without even knowing your name. Instead, I said “ You know Krystal?” which was rude of me. I’m so sorry Becca and cool video! 🤣🥹
@@Midd LOLLLL 🤣no worries, it literally happens to all of us when we go to cons. I didn't take offense to it 😌 But I'm happy to hear your first con experience went well. ow you're one of us🤭💕
Love to see a brown skin woman in this industry. I am definitely going to follow and check out your website. I may also someday be a vendor at a con someday so I am researching and learning.
Thank you so so much! One of the reasons why I make these vlogs is because I want to see more faces like my own in these spaces so it makes me so happy to have you say that! I can't wait to share more insight in future videos! And I hope you have so much fun at any event you end up doing 🥰
THIS!!! I sell teas, remedies, superfood powders, tea accessories, stationary and all things cozy. I incorporate my artwork and stories in all my products. @Kembeckled
OH MY GOD I BOUGHT A BONNET FROM YOU AT COMICCON LA THIS YEAR!!! I FOUND YOU BY CHANCE! i bought the brown cow print you had and saiod it was a new print! :3
What a thorough review! I've vended at Momocon for a few years before 2020 and would like to go again. Glad they are making it smaller and going back to Thursday - Sunday next year. Dragoncon is the biggest one we got here and having folks say it will be comparable to that was a little discouraging. Glad it went well for you!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! 🥰 I tried to cover everything that I could about Momocon. And there are so many people recommending Dragoncon to me but it literally sounds massive 😭 do you think it'd be worth a shot?
@Kembeckled It is massive! Spread across several hotels. The artist alley and vendors are in one building but separated by floors. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get in. From what some authors and artists told me, the traffic and sales were great. But, most did share a table. So, that may flavor the experience.
omg i never knew people DROVE in there for load in this blew my mind.. + also ur stuffs so cute i wish i went to momo ur bonnets in shop are awesome i hope u get in next year
I personally didn't get to experience Momo as a regular attendee so take what I say with a grain of salt but yes! There's a lot to see and do, the energy is pretty great, and I would come back even if wasn't a vendor 🥰
everytime i check for momo applications i realise i missed them by like two weeks lolol i wish there was an easy way to find people to table with bc this is so silly
I literally make a google sheet for all of the cons I'm interested in and put the app dates there 😭then I put a reminder in my calendar once they give us the date. It's so much to keep up with!
Have you ever been to Momocon before? 👀 If so, how was your experience? 🥰

🤭 the youtubers are always promoting other brands, so I might as well promote my own 🤣 and thank you 🥰
