Don't know where you coming from, but it shows you very little understanding of what the whole free world is agaiinst it. Hamas took very well into consideration the many of thousands civilian lifes this would cost. I agree this humiliated them but what makes you think it will result in their “submission”? Have you no understanding of human psychology? It will certainly result in retaliation and escalation.
You never know. Maybe the non Hezbollah people of Lebanon will decide that they don't want to go down with Hezbollah. This is not their war.
Yeah I'm sure there is anger in addition to a paralysis of anxiety about what to do next.
The people of Lebanon are split down the middle on the question of Hezbollah, but my point was just about the claim that humiliating Hezbollah would bring about its submission.
The thing is they will have to revert to an even more basic means of communication while Israel is using the highest tech equipment out there. Of course they'll retaliate with some sort of attack but the point is they'll know all out war is suicide for them at this point in time.
This channel is prime clickbait as we all know. Every other video is how Putin falling any moment now for the past two years. I don't know where they source their guests to spout the most wild speculations as fact.
Strategically what has Israel gained ?

This is an act of desperation from Israel. It's resulted in lots of minor injuries and ~20 deaths but not much else.
A few weeks ago 70 Israeli commandos were massacred in Yemen and Israel itself is weak and well on its way to collapse, failure to achieve any military objectives, diplomatic isolation, political instability, economic collapse, sheckel tanking, mass brain drain and loss of territorial integrity are all proof of this.
Finally the IDF itself ran two wargames before Oct 7th against Hezbollah and in both they lost in an isolated war with them. This was confirmed by the USA military analysts and CIA statements.
Israel won't last the decade, this is theatre to distract from failure in every aspect of this war

I find it appalling that so many people are ignoring or, worse-yet, justifying the recent war crimes committed by the Israeli security forces. One could even make the argument that, under these specific circumstances, the acts are terroristic. Hezbollah is not the only group of humans being humiliated at the moment. The complete disregard for the local civilian population who, contrary to popular thought, did not "have it coming" is inhumane and beneath a civilized people. It cannot be disregarded as somehow warranted.
Being a human being demands the capability to extend your humanity to others, even those you hate.

Just say it...Israel has no right to fight back ever. Forget thousands of rockets being fired on Israel since the 8/8 pogrom, forget the Druze children TARGETED in the Majdal Shams attack, no, that's all fine, but a Jew fighting back, heaven forfend, clutch pearls.
