- I have a few boxes of broken phones from all my past videos so I decided to put them in a eco-atm machine to see how much money I can get!

Wow, I can't believe so much people didn't know that some parts of phones are made out of gold or any other types of valuable materials, especially on iPhones. And some people will pay a lot just because Techrax owned them and they were busted on RUclips. Many popular RUclipsrs are considered minority "stars" and just the fact that they handled and featured an item in one of their videos will suddenly make that item worth more to some people.
So yes.. he could get more for it on eBay..from the right buyer. Or... as one of you stated, if only the screen is trashed, they could simply replace the screen and have a working phone again.

2:11 yeah man, 10$. The phone doesn't work, and it's extremely damaged. They have to make a profit out of this, so of course they aren't going to give you upwards of 8$ for a destroyed phone. It doesn't matter what Brand, or what model, the point is that it's broken. For a "tech" channel you know awfully little about technology and it's pricing.

@Devlyn Witter I rarely buy new phones unless they come with a coffee machine and a indestructible everything. I'm equipped with the iPhone SE right now, no reason to upgrade. As long as your phone uses the latest Software for it you should be fine. Don't spend your Money on another phone unless it's a substantial upgrade in parts of the phone which matter. I.E. Battery life, warranty, water/lifeproofing, and a few other things.

Well I'm getting mixed feelings about how you feel about the machine, but to me, it's a Godsend. I use to have a business working on phones and just recently moved on from it. I'm now in the process of moving out of state and I have literally hundreds of old junk phones that I wasnt sure what to do with. I greatly appreciate this video man. Im from a VERY small town and had no idea these even existed. I could sure use that extra cash right now lol.
