This is the kind of music that deserves a million views
This was one of my mothers' favorite songs. I sang it for her when she was in a rehab home after her surgery. When the song was done I looked and a crowd of other patients had crowded around the door to listen. What a blessing!
Today, I attended a community Lent Service in my hometown. We sang this as the Opening Hymn.

My favorite song also. I love the way they did it, it's my testimony how the love of Jesus saved this wretched women. And when at times I don't feel good enough his loves comes pouring in my heart when I humble myself in prayer and I know he does and he'll never stop. He's why I cry Abba Father I love you! Thank you for this wonderful uplifting holy spirit filled song.

Absolutely beautiful! Not sure if anyone else has ever heard this, but when I was a little girl there was an older gentleman at our church whenever we sang this hymn he would substitute "John 3:16" for "Love Lifted Me"... So, it would be:

I cannot hear this song without thinking of that, and remembering all the fond memories I had of that "little old man" when I was growing up!
My mother raised me and my sister singing gospel along side her as she played the piano or organ. As an adult with my own singing children, she asked me and a couple of my daughters to join her singing this song at a special service at a nearby church. I never thought it affected me so deeply until I found myself trying to recover from my mothers passing. It has been 5 years and this song has been stuck in my head as I’ve thanked God for my newest grandchild. I’m certain my momma kissed her before she came here from heaven. I love your version of this song, it’s very comforting to me, thank you!
