I love the detail that double life Martyn looks nervous, like he’s so used to the watchers harassing him all the time he doesn’t know how to react to them leaving him alone.
I guess they wanted to watch his reaction

This looks absolutely amazing! I love how you draw all of them sm. It's awesome to see some more martyn animatics focused around his lore. I adore the character lineup it looks so nice. I also can get over the lineless art! ^^

This is incredible, I love it. Especially with how you drew the form winners. Even though they don’t have expressions, the tears say it all. There are no winners in these games, not truly at least, not to them. (Did you really have to add Scar as well, because ouch 😢)
Technically they claimed a double victory in 3rd Life so Scar deserves to be acknowledged but yeah…

OH MY GODDD, THIS IS SO GOODDD!!!!!! Your art is so nice to look at, I rly like how smooth it all looks.
u convey Martyn's emotions so well in each scene he's in. I especiailly love the introduction where he seems disoriented n just generally weirded out. then it zooms out to the other characters, looking lifeless and inanimate. like they're just a child's toys, waiting to be played with.
The part where all the winners were shown was so cool and pretty!!! their literal empty places really plays into the idea of the players just being dolls, for the watchers' entertainment. Grian clutching scar's body in particular is soo sad, especially with the white line thingies on his face without a face. and the face that they look like tears makes me so 💔💔💔. and the part with Martyn cycling through his past iterations and ending with him looking really regretful and depressed about losing everybody he cares about, for the FOURTH TIME.
That scene with him falling and getting saved by the listeners was really beautiful. your design of them is rly clever, with the wings covering the eyes cause they don't intend on watching, like the watchers (duh).
this is rly good, I look forward to seeing whatevs u do next (unless u don't wanna do anything that's fine also, take ur time :3). this is just absolutely fanastic. great work!!!

GOSH this rules - I had to rewatch and zoom in and pause on so many little details. The different versions of himself flickering through, the details/ design choices on each of the prior victors, everything about this is gorgeous!!! And so smooth/ polished

The lineless style I bow to- lineless is so difficult and you perfected it, how it looks so slick and how it looks amazing. THIS IS ABSOLUTE INCREDIBLE, MARTYN NEEDS TO SEE THIS IMMEDIATELY. I absolutely adore the different designs for each life series that c!Martyn has participated in, especially the double life design where cleo's blue flower is in his hair. I've also noticed that in all of your last life designs, like for Grian and Mumbo, they all have the metal shoulder thingy :O all in all this is an amazing animatic and I think you're really cool

Something about Pearl being “You give it all you got” instead of “They give it all they’ve got” feels like fitting beyond that it’s the third. I can’t really describe it?
Anyway i was so excited too see this, and im not disappointed!! Your animations and art is always so nice too look and i could stare st it for hours!
Maybe because the whole plot with pearl was that she was lonely the whole season?

OMG THIS IS SO GOOD! I love your art style and how you make the characters look. Very chibi, but you can tell they're not kids and are more so young adults and up. AND THE EXPRESSIONS!!!! I've really been digging the Watcher and Listener Lore that Martyn's cooked up and to see that visually represented is always a treat.
The line up with all the people who've shown up and their fandom interpretations looks so good! Slightly caught off guard by the short Ren, since I usually see people make him on par or taller than the other players. But still very nice. I was also confused for a second when I couldn't find some people, AND THEN THEY SHOW'D UP CRYING WITH PURPLE CROWNS IN THE NEXT SHOTS MY HEART!!!! Not to mention the progression of Martyn's character from well meaning and loyal to a spiral downward into despair as the seasons progressed.
Then we've got the obligatory spookey Watcher, always nice. Then the timing with the music and the reveal of the Listeners, it's just, so amazing.
Then that sad ending as Martyn looks at himself in the mirror and in my interpretation realizing that the games fundamentally BROKE him as a person, shown in how he thinks when he looks in the mirror and not even a second later said mirror just cracks into a dozen pieces. Or it could be an allusion to the fact he and probably the rest of the players have been losing fragments of themselves, leading the to them cracking under the pressure as more of themselves is lost.
Overall, I love this PMV and just all the angst it packs. :D
(Also I feel validated for headcanoning character Pearl as a wolf hybrid/werewolf yay!)
