If someone buys this device and ends up returning it, they still gave up all their personal information. I will stay far away from this product and brand.
Hey Larry Xiaomi is a big company with great products, I personally own a lot of them, particularly I bought my daughter that printer. At the beginning she had the same problem as you do, I've already had the same issue with a router, so what's the problem and teh solution, simple, check the region you are sitting up with,, depends on the model of the device (I bought Chinese and not global because they are cheaper), the minute I set the app to continental China, this devices pop up immediately, and the language menu didn't change, was still in English, Hope this help, and you can give it a proper try, best LS

I already used this device with android phones and I’m it’s a little bit tricky to connect but I really really deeply recommend the device because the photos are nice, they are like little stickers and for people who loves journaling this is a great solution to print little photos. Nope, didn't have any problem to pair despite I bought it in Honk Kong (which is not China Mainland), and then traveled back to Latvia (North Europe), and everything paired from the 1st try by pressing "+" at the top right corner of the app. So what's the problem...

I bought it and it worked. My phone is an android, Oppo. The app is easy to use. I've printed 50 images and they look nice.
