This is why i love Tremors because they would go all out on the practical effects to make the worms look real without any cgi needed.

Graboids are one of my favorite movie monsters. The special effects used for them are fantastic!

I'm really amazed by how good the animatronics are for those movies, especially with the limited budget they had. And Forced Perspective never fails to impress.
No animatronics as far as I am aware of, Its all manual puppetry.
it makes even creepier since animatronics are used in lots of classic horror games like five night’s at freddy’s

@@gunrunner4637 No. I mean actual merch for the fans of the movie/series franchise.
Sideshow Collectibles released a graboid statue/maquette, but there hasn't been much of anything else. Universal has kind of ignored it as far as licensing merch, since it's not as hot of a property as something like Jurassic Park. There's definitely an opportunity to make some really cool stuff, but it would be catering to a pretty niche group.

A mix of this and cgi is ok. But everything is all cgi now and i hate it. I binge 80s n 90s movies constantly. First tremors obviously best.
