When TE ended DS popped up with toys using the same engineering and aesthetic and I fully expect a new co.pany to pop up and continue the line within a year. I hope DS comes out under a different company name and makes the cone heads. Personally I’m not a big fan of the matte paint but I’d like them to match my other DS Seekers. However, if they don’t make the coneheads it seems like the best option might be Make Toys.
On top of what you said, allegedly people behind TE/DS were also behind company making MP-52 Eagle KOs, which might also attributed to this situation. However, DS as a company might go down, but as long as people behind the company are not arrested, we will probably see coneheads mold developed out of DE seekers mold, just with another name on the box. At worst case scenario design will be sold to somebody else, so I believe we did not see last of them. I am sad if they are really going away as I love my TE-01B Nemesis Prime and TE-03 Mirage, but I will find comfort in the fact I got all three DS seekers at sub $100 each to keep the memory of DS alive on my shelves :))))

If they would have incorporated butterfly joints on some figures like Mirage, I would have said hands down the best version of that character. As others have said, hope they pop up again. At the very least, maybe consulted by Takara’s design team

Sorry but DS is done because "trust me" doesn't really work. This is the only video I've seen saying anything about them being gone. TE isn't gone either btw.
I stick with official since I know it will be a homogeneous look and the company won't disappear before the set is done. Knowing takara, a 2.0 is bound to be around the corner
I will go the KO route with Takara because I still hope for some form of DS coneheas. As for how they redesign to get the cone that will be interesting
I really like Transform Element and Deformation Space. If there will be no DS coneheads, I won't feel too left out. Those characters never really had much personality in the cartoon. The original three seekers had more more defined personalities simply from having more screen time. I am not buying Takara's seekers, they are too bulky on the jet bottom, too limited in articulation and too unstable. I was hoping to see more from this company, I have purchased all their products so far. Great Optimus Prime with no backpack.
What too bulky limited articulation u can't be serious right, do u even own any mp-52 mold cause if u did u wouldn't be saying any of that I personally think ur basing ur opinion off of videos cause what u said couldn't be further from the truth, look the bottom that u claim bulky is subjective, and the articulation is what sets this figure apart from d.s and any other company point blank he has double jointed knees and elbows, head articulation is crazy, butterfly joints, ab-crunch, feet that articulate front to back with a rocker(d.s doesn't have that)waist swivel would've been nice(it wasn't included for a reason)but I still can get an iron-man pose without and nobody can front that with the waist swivel on d.s it breaks up the sculpt and it looks ugly and let's not get into their Prime I had him and I sold him cause of NO paint on a mp figure and beyond limited articulation I bought the mp-44 cause it superior in every way and nobody cares about the backpack because no one poses their figures with their back facing forward...ultimately none of takaras figures are worth the ridiculous asking price imo starscream ain't worth $275 that I paid when he 1st came out and Mp-44 ain't worth $400-$530 that they're asking for now even with all those accessories, but to base ur opinion off of a video and not actually have the figure in hand idk bro I can't do that oh and I'm not a takara fanboy at all...ima Fanstoys fanboy 💪🤣🤣🤣👍

Good riddance. Their starscream was useless and was inferior to MP-52, They could have used their R&D time to give us something we NEED, like sideswipe or datsun bros. TE also waisted their opportunities, Mirage was nice but he was super flawed, tones of QC Issues. we all knew FT mirage was coming so designing one thats going to be outdated fairly soon wasent a good idea. TE made 2 molds and DS made 2 molds and I hope they return in a different name
I'll wait for the Takara Coneheads unless another company makes something unbelievably good. I wasn't a fan of the Deformation Space Seekers for a number of reasons and even if they stayed around to make the Coneheads i'd probably pass on them. I haven't seen any other Seekers beyond Takara's that I like so i'll likely just wait if I can. I just worry Takara will take a long time to make them.
I am shocked Takara has not milked that mold with coneheads and rainmakers by now
It will come back with another name.
I also hope for that
Told you
Yep but still sad about it
Mike we’re screwed
Ha it feels that way right now
Good morning everyone
Happy Friday
Hate to see DS And TE go. I was never a fan of the cone heads. I would pick them up if DS or another company made them to the similar scale at the DS seekers.
Coneheads have always felt second tier to me also
I thought I had the playback speed at 1.25
Sorry but DS is done because "trust me" doesn't really work. This is the only video I've seen saying anything about them being gone. TE isn't gone either btw.
I stick with official since I know it will be a homogeneous look and the company won't disappear before the set is done. Knowing takara, a 2.0 is bound to be around the corner
True, but they will suck.
Seems like they should have already put out some pics of coneheads so wonder what the hold up is with Takara
They will wait to copy takara coneheads then come out
I will go the KO route with Takara because I still hope for some form of DS coneheas.
@@asaphmartinez4225 That's a lot of words, man. I'm not buying anything without waist swivel. I love FansToys too but their aerialbots do not have waist swivel, so I'm not buying them either.
@@captaincid6488 🤣👍,that makes 2 of us
I think the DS has a better design and taller than Takara but I really had no issues with my Seekers from Takara. TE and DS have made great versions of every figure so far
Is everything ok? Why are you yelling? ;-)
I will be fine when I get my DS coneheads LOL
@@tydiriumhanger1320 This should help ruclips.net/video/JwUrdQvNN0o/видео.html
Glossy paint doesn't make a figure feel premium, paint makes them feel premium. Plain plastic is what feels cheap.
Yep thin plastic does make figures feel cheap but a good coat of shiny paint makes them present well
They have gone? Shame. Still, they will come back under another name.
Maketoys is just, they need to stop. their seekers are GARBAGE, i almost bought then before MP-52 Was announced, but i went with takara due to accuracy. the only thing decent they're doing is generic seekers, but that SHOULD be done with the 52 Mold.
