Not sure about in other states, but in Florida you can be your own Registered Agent! 😁 The Registered Agent for a Florida LLC must be an individual person or a designated Florida business - your Florida LLC cannot serve as its own Registered Agent. The Registered Agent must have a street address in Florida. Florida Registered Agents cannot use P.O. boxes for their address. An individual within the business may serve as the LLC’s Registered Agent
Na this is ridiculous do not pay $150 for this just file it yourself its the same stuff on 1 page instead of this bullshit UI. I can't believe people are doing this if you can't file one damn form to start your LLC how are you supposed to run your LLC?
Same thing I can be said if you are complaining about spending only $150 for another business to file your LLc, while being your registered agent (for personal privacy) . How can you expect to prioritize your business finances if you can’t manage to get $150 for your business?
@@Ronin_Noir I definitely get that but this dude is making money on doing close to nothing for you why would you want him taxing on your stuff its not about losing like ~$30 its about supporting someone exploiting uninformed people instead of just informing them on how to fill a simple form. You don't need to use the service he mentioned in the video. He provided a list of the things you need in order to open an LLC. Complete the items he listed and pay an accountant from your neighborhood to review your documents. Your LLC will be done correctly with accountant and you can hire him/her when the time comes to file taxes.
What happens to the registered agent status after a year? Would I have to change it to myself? Can you clarify what this service does during that year?
I heard that you should get an 800 number and business email/mailing address first before filing, in order to keep all your personal information separate. Thoughts? Also, does incfile charge some sort of subscription fee for all those additional services in the gold/platinum package? Lastly, how easy it to add people to fhe llc if you should no longer be individual operated?

I got all my documents back from incfile except the Florida Annual Resale Certificate. I spoke to their customer service and they said that this license was NOT included in the package. I was under the impression that I would be included from this video. Please let me know what I should do. everything else came out great so I appreciate it👍🏻
I already got the Ein number from the IRS and my Question is starting the LLC do I need a new EIN number or do I have to get a new one while starting the LLC process or can I use the existing EIN

Just Google Florida LLC. Fill out the form on sunbiz and wait like 10 days. That's all you have to do.

it was not included. Thats why sometimes is better to use an accountant to do these things who charge one flat price and takes care of everything.

They’re asking $29 a month to use their registered agent address in miami with the gold package. And it’s $324 for the gold package now... 😓😓😓

It's optional! You can use incfile to form your LLC and then create your own bank account once they give you your EIN number!

You will need a new EIN number but that's easy with Incfile!
