@@DeltaShark_ it has nothing to do with doing strength training lol these ladies are trained by professional trainers to aid in the elements of their sport. They can’t be massive bodybuilders physics or it would take away from key assets to the game.

In baseball it’s 10 runs in the 7thinning in softball they play 7 innings so 8runs in the 5th inning is a run rule… equal right ig idk
