My favorite part of the Illuminate, beyond their ominous lore about being a scouting party, beyond their COD zombies plus half life combine units, beyond the ridiculous joke about forklift object recognition, beyond the buggy inclusion of vehicles at long last (even if they still don't have backpack slots despite it being something that would make the game better), has to be their stupid flying saucers. Every mission gets 2-3 SAM sites and the ships just drop like a rock the moment they get hit, to the point that sometimes they literally form piles on the ground, and there's so many clips of them falling onto divers and onto their own troops. Meridia truly is beautiful this time of year.
To be fair every colony is equpped to deal with the fauna of their planet like the automatons, or fear of some super shrieker, and the supposed rebel groups, if they live on colonies and not super earth directly, could fly the ships like pelican or eagle, so it does make sense to have anti air in a densely populated area, but im concerned how they got past it the first time, and why they dont keep doing it to call in reinforcements
Rex, a little tip I have for you and the gang is that if you are on fire then if you dive you can immediately be extinguished unless you are diving into more fire. Really liked the video, especially the thumbnail
