Incredible! This is exciting! I completed 13 prolonged water fasts before dry fasting. I’ve been dry fasting for 9 months! At almost 40, I’m enjoying the best health of my life! It’s a SACRED experience! I did a 3 day dry fast, finished last week, and loved it!!!! So many things changed after my dry fasting! I’ve done 5 48-hour dry fasts. And 5 60-hour ones. Yesterday, I interviewed Dr. Filonov personally. He’s the global authority on fasting in Russia. So much information to share! I think you’ll love dry fasting.
