The T-4 is not a copy of the hawk it is completely different, also the F-15DJ is a version of the D and not the E and the F-2 is a major improvment on the F-16 taking a cheap fighter and kitting it out with new features

F-2 is a Japanese built.. cooperation with US F-15EJ/J looks 100% F-15A/B/C/D/E.. but F-15EJ/J uses a different platform and Operating System for Japan F-4EJ is the same also.. Most Japanese Jets are NATO Design.. but 80% of them are built or assembled in Japan Japan is also forbidden to Export arms due to the Treaty after World War 2 so Japan is not making indigenous designs and selling aircraft..
