Mr. Interviewer pls. Let him talk fully. U r interrupting his talk so he is not able to express his thoughts and ideas effectively. Mr. James must know US citizen even though they are Indian Origin has different way to give answers they will take little bit time as well they pause etc. so u should have some patience to hear them properly

Interviewer is very irritating… Frequent interruptions with superficial questions, not allowing guest to complete his answer, frequently jumping topics, trying to show off his WhatsApp knowledge
Mr. James, please exercise patience and allow the speaker to complete their remarks before posing your inquiry. It is imperative for effective communication that we listen attentively to our guest.
Dear Mr. James, let him complete his point. You are just jumping from one question to another before completing his answer. And Mr. James just try to make his own statements rather than listening. Proving something that he knows the subject better than him. and more over he doesn't know how to manage an interview.

Advice or request to Mr. James. When you interview experts like him. You talk less and allow the person to talk. This is very important in such interviews. I was watching this interview curiously since he has lot of vision and his thinking is different. He is really an inspiring personality.

ആ ജയിംസിന്റെ അണ്ണാക്കിൽ വല്ലതും തിരുകി കയറ്റിയിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഈ ഇന്റർവ്യു കാണാൻ നല്ലതായിരുന്നു. ഒരുപാട് അറിവുകൾ പകർന്നു നൽകിയ വലിയ ഒരു മനുഷ്യനെ അപമാനിച്ചു വിട്ടു

The conversation would have been more effective had it stayed focused on the key issues without unnecessary interruptions.
