Now this is how it's done. I don't even know why anyone bothers with those other categories that let you turn cheats on. May as well let you go to level select and start the game at the final boss.
Those are called execution categories. There are things you still have to optimize, getting as many multi kills as you can, and getting the kills as quickly as possible. When you have a category that "easy", it becomes difficult to save time, which is where the new skill gaps come in.
