Mark. Perfection! Nothing comes close in the proper working SUV market. As you know it can deliver when it needs too. Yes all gone 'Lux' and 'Chelsea. And yes only the 'super rich' and private school types can afford. What cannot be ignored is the sheer capability of this piece of kit. Love it! Shouldn't but cannot resist. Wish.

One of the neighbours bought one… looks nice on the road, bloody huge. For the money, I would still take a Q8, X5 or better again, a Cayenne. With that said, I still prefer a saloon over SUV, even something like this. My husband is the opposite and when I drive his SUV I feel like I’m driving a van 😅
The problem with the X5 phev and the previous version of this car was the limited ev range. Now they doubled the battery size for the RR I think it is a much better contender. California has new rules coming requiring 50 miles electric (ACCII rule), so BMW i’m sure is working to catch up.
I am driving Cayenne (2022) and not happy... Q8 I got as a loaner and it is waaay overpriced for such a mediocre car. Will order this Range Rover Sport as I was quite happy with Velar before my Cayenne.
Dude, don't worry about who can afford the vehicle. Just do the review. Not every vehicle is going to be affordable for the masses and why should it be? Then what's the point?
LandRover took ages designing it yet it looks underwhelming.I’ve owned 3 Range Rovers and this one leaves me flat. It’s grown in size and now is enormous and the price increase is eye watering (yes I know LandRover are having money problems) and the accessories pricing is simply gouging.

Don't despair - just wait 25 years and you'll get one for €5,500- on the second hand market. Something to look forward to.
Buy them at five to six years old. Range Rovers tend to last well, and the slightly older ones look and drive just as well.
Not going to lie I have to get this, about to start working in tech and this is a goal don't care about the terrible investment but I'm going to lease this
22 inch wheels are not standart. Also its heavy because Hybrid batteris p400 p300 and p530 are way lighter.
I’m aware of how batteries make cars heavier… who said the wheels are standard? “1900 as an optional extra” is what I said.

Nobbs...I normally do not watch your reviews when the vehicles are €60000 or over. One thing about a Range Rover is class pure class. They age so slowly. Out walking this evening and a 131Galway reg was turning right. All LEDs and still looks in vogue and not cheap. Would I have one yes cannot afford a new one and they are expensive to run so i'm out for ownership.
Don’t watch when over €60k? Slim pickings in todays money with the expense of new cars.

You should add ‘P440E’ to the title and hashtags. Lots of people specifically searching for the plug in hybrid. I happened to click on this to see if it was for the hybrid, but otherwise would have skipped over it, assuming it was for non-electric version

@@NobbyOnCars great! Awesome review by the way, best i’ve seen for this car. Mentioned some things like the cabin pre warming that others missed. Would love to know how a car that heavy does on icy and snowy roads. If happen to get in a slide for example on a downhill, is it hard to stop or control?
@@marc_aussie can’t defy physics but good tyres will always make a massive difference and in a cold country, snow ones will be worth their money 10 times over.
@@NobbyOnCars yep I had a BMW 325xi with Michelin X Ice tyres and you couldn’t get that thing to lose it in snow, so good.
