Put Gutters Around The Rooftop And Put The Tank On The Lower Level To Collect RAIN WATER For Back Up. There Is A Blockage Somewhere. Get A Proper Plumber That Knows What They Are Doing. Water Retaining On The Lands Can Affect Foundation If It Is Not Strong Enough
I have 2 5lt tanks that collect rain water. This was an extra one to help deliver water into the house.
True water can affect the foundation. Hopefully mine was done right 🙏🏿🙏🏿

It's been so long since I've experienced such.
We don't get it like that where I am.
Jerking of doors and windows by the welder/fabricater is the problem. You need to call them to straighten them and make them lie flat on each other also close those gaps. That's the only problem. Shinda ni welder didn't jerk them.
Sometimes it means removing the glasses to twist them to collect angles ( jerking) which apparently wasn't done before installation or before delivery. Door bottom can be added"weld" a bar to cross the gap.
Install the tank to prevent damage. Filling with water protects it from cracking.

The welder knew early on that I had issues with his final products. He promised to come with a generator cz sina stima bado.
It's now almost a year since, bado anakujanga 🙄
Regardless, the burden is now on me to figure out how to resolve these issues. Thanks a lot for your input. It will help a lot!
Hey Emmilly, despite the few issues with construction you have done very well for yourself. I have been dreaming of moving back home and constructing a home and your experience is valuable but most of all I now know that it’s safe to build in the rural areas and make a simple life for myself and child. Rural living is great from my experience.
You get more land/space at a cheaper price, than in urban areas. You've just got to be aware of the challenges, and be willing to live with them.

True, but it has pumped some water before a couple of times. The last few times, I wasn't able to pump hata kidogo. So I'm thinking there could be an issue with the pipping. But we'll figure it out God willing.

If u want that to be strong,the best way for putting it ,is to dig a trench,and when u are putting it 1/4feet can go in to a trench and then put back the soil,the fence would be strong.and also using solar is the best idea,I have been using solar for the last 17year,until now ,I have changed the battery once,but only if u can get a good electrician.

Something needs to be done about the gap in the door.
Probably, the door just needs an adjustment from the hinges.
You can also take pictures of all the leaks so you can show them to anyone you'll engage to fix the issues.

Try to speak with people who have property's of their own who can recommend good plumbers and other good tradesmen.
Avoid the previous ones that did the works for you. To avoid unnecessary damage and extra costs.

I honestly can't remember the cost estimate. Maybe you should show a reliable fundi the structure and hear what estimate they'd give you.
I've had several fundis work on the structure, plus I honestly didn't keep track of it's material, and labour expenditures.
