Assalamualaikum Brother Daud, I am a high school student from Indonesia and I am impressed by your knowledge and wisdom in Arabic, I am truly jealous of you brother. May I ask a question regarding tafsir? I know that some hadiths in jami'ul bayaan by At-Tabari RA and tafsir quranul adzhim by Ibn Kathir RA are dhaa'if and so i would be very happy if you can suggest to me some trustworthy tahqiq for both of these great works that have a focus on authenticating isnads, I am aware of the tahqiq by عبد الله بن عبد المحسن التركي for At Tabari's tafsir but he did not delve deep in analyzing isnads and was not direct enough for me in authentication. جزاك الله خير
وعَلَيْكُمُ السَّلامُ ورَحْمةُ اللهِ وبَرَكاتُه Tafseer Atabari has a new print by دار ابن الجوزي that goes deeper into that. It’s nice but pricy. Also for tafseer ibn Kathir دار ابن الجوزي Lastly note that there is a reason that weak Hadiths are used as they play major roles in areas other than establishing fiqh rulings and the authors oftentimes are well aware of the grade of the Hadiths but in areas other than establishing rulings they are used and appropriate to take the position of what many people have where they think the book would be better off if these were erased. Learning how and why they are used is important for a student of knowledge. And of course narrating them to the public should be avoided as most don’t understand the difference and could use it improperly.
Can we say Subhanarabil ala in sajda 1 time instead of 3 and Subhanarabil azeem in ruku 1 time instead of 3? Salah will be valid according to Shafi'i fiqh?
Yea, 3xs is the least amount of this sunnah but the Salah Is valid regardless, but it’s best to do at least one to leave the khilaf as some say it’s wajib outside of the madhhab. But of course I don’t ever recommend someone getting into the habit of doing the least bit necessary to get by. If someone needs it for emergency or something urgent, ok they know what’s the least amount to do the Salah properly, but Salah is the connection between the worshipper and Allah so having humility and respect for Allah in salat is the point and the place of reward, so if someone is going to pray and take 2-3 minutes to just do what’s the least necessary, why not take a little bit more and get a vast reward. Allah repays back everyone who gives something for his sake.
Don’t hurt yourself, if something is causing unbearable pain than do what you can, and don’t torture yourself. A little pain is expected, but serious pain should be avoided and is a cause for ease such as just sitting and moving partially instead. Of course only you know what level you are at and that’s between you and Allah.
@@DaudBurke I am just 26 years old and when I start i pray each Salahs 5 times which means 25 salahs and 85 rakats and very next day I woke up with cramps 🤣🤣 it took 4-5 days to heal as I don't have habit of running.... I think i should reduce and increase according to my capacity... I fear if I will die I will face azaab because of pending salahs
@@DaudBurke pain is not unbearable just little pain and stiffness but only if I stay in sajda for long, not that much if I put pressure to hand and even less or not at all when I do it for 1-2 seconds and only 1 tasbeeh only this is why I was asking if salah will be valid if I say Subhanarabil ala once only
