  • In this video I go over why you can never find anything good on Interval or RCI, when you go to simply do a search for available weeks. It’s almost impossible to get what you want by simply going online and searching their available inventory for the dates you want.
    You need to do a request or search and that is the only way you can get what you really want to go over the steps on how to do that in this video.

    so if I own in orlando, I should deposit my week during one of the busiest weeks there? Is that right. Then go to interval?

    • @TimeshareSimplified
      @TimeshareSimplified  6 месяцев назад

      Yes, but make sure to deposit at least 12 months in advance. You need to go to the travel demand index on Interval International, find the resort, and then find the best weeks to trade, which are the ones that have the bubbles farthest to the right on the travel demand index. But booking it 10 to 12 months in advance is key and depositing it immediately. Then, from that point on, you will have three years to use it.

      @@TimeshareSimplified what do you mean by deposit? I just signed for a timeshare.
      Do you mean the week that is in highest demand I do the deposit in Interval?
      I signed up with Westgate and I have a floating week which is supposed to mean no black out dates, as I understand it.

    Why can’t you do RCI

    • @tonyavitia6556
      @tonyavitia6556 13 дней назад

      Hi because it’s against their rules and technically they own the reservation. Many people do it you can totally do it. Just beware they might take your RCI account, but it’s very rare and usually for people who do it a lot. But technically it’s against their terms and conditions. Because they want to rent them out for cash. But if you do it, maybe do it on craigslist or Facebook marketplace

      @@tonyavitia6556 I have rented mine out previously. But you cant, right? I’m bummed. Would like to just totally get rid of it grrr. What happens if I just stop making the maint. Fee pmts? Can they come after me? It’s only 1100$ every other year.

    They lie about anywhere and anytime and the maintenance fee will never go up. The biggest regret of my life. They lie about everything. Do not ever get a timeshare. Do not purchase Rci or any timeshare. You have 5 days to cancel prior to signing contract. Do it asap! If you died, it will be passed down to your children. The maintenance fee will go up!!

      Hi Tienha, you are correct sometimes timeshares can be a burden for sure that’s why we started our company to be able to rent out peoples units when they can’t use it to at least cover most or all of their maintenance fees. Also, when you pass away, your children can choose not to accept the timeshare and it would just go back to the developer so you don’t need to worry about that. They do not have to accept it. Yes, it is true the maintenance fees typically go up around 3 to 7% a year as they are tied with the cost of the economy and as prices of labor and services go up, so do maintenance fees. That is why we strive to give owners a resource to come to us so we can help them alleviate those costs if they become too burdensome. You can also turn back your timeshare at any time if it’s paid off for most developers now. We also work with companies that can sell your timeshare for you for no upfront fee.
