Nothing is the best, everything is made to not fully defend the ship
you arent meant to only use 1 type of aa on any ship, always use a mix with different reload times and ranges so that when one fires and is reloading, another fires after so its a continuous flow which also makes planes constantly get hit even if they flare, mixed aa's are meant to be decent at multiple things but not masters at any of them so garpun is always good when used with other aa

- Why don't buff air defense in rf lider
- Why RF Shtorm don't buff 1 more s400 or rebalance the AA to : 4x AA which can be replaced and 2x s400, so have 6x AA equivalent USS Enterprise
