    If you’re using the guide to shake your beard like that… use the T-blade attachment you’ll get a closer shave and you can use the corner to get in tight places. Plus that thing shaves way better and closer. If I was you I would get the 9000 kit. You get the case and more attachments… like the dedicated body trimmer

    In the instructions it says the detail shaver is the only part you dont wash, you can wash the foil but it says just to blow on the blade parts

      @@BobRoss-wm3lc it’s great. Battery life is great. I purchase a T Trimmer head with additional attachments. Im really happy with it.

    I’ve used $100 trimmers and $20 trimmers but nothing beats multigroom 7000.

    If I were you, I would make a custom acrylic beard and sideburn guide. Just one tool for the whole thing specifically made for your head.

    So I have that black guide thing I believe I have the same one bought at Walmart. But I don't see link for 2nd clear guide. Thanks for the video. Thinking about buying one of these trimmers

      @@TechCrackedWeekly Yep I picked one up for $29 shipped. Procrastination does sometimes pay off lol. So it also looks like they have a slightly better model which is 9000 Series MG7770 difference is 2 more attachments & 1 hour longer battery time.

    It is an excellent product. Are there oil alternatives / or lubricant alternatives to replace the white lubricant that it contains in the trimmer head? With the daily use that is the first thing you will consume...

      I agree. After a few rinses it's already gone. I haven't added anything and the unit operates perfectly still, but I'm wondering if white lithium grease will work fine.

      I would say it depends how much hair your cutting. If it's thick hair, you would probably be better off with a trimmer that plugs into the wall.

    Yo I know this was year ago but I’m just now getting mine I noticed you said when it was charged fully it would stay light up mine was blinking at first but after sitting on the charger it has no light on now?

      The manual says the light will go out after 30 minutes

      Hi Rex,
      If you mean edge up, I do this all the time. Works really well. You can use the foil shaver attachment to clean up even more too. And if you really want to be crisp, you can still finish with a razor. 😎

      @@TechCrackedWeekly maybe we're talking about the same thing. But I mean line up as in if it can do a hair line like machines that are usually called liners like an andis t outliner for example. Or like when you get a shape up at the barbershop. And thank you for the reply.

      Yes I did ATL. It's holding up great and I'm still very glad I had this done, even though I did have to get a second touch up due to slightly more balding. But all is well.

      I would recommend something with multiple heads for shaving. The foil shaver that comes with this is too small to use with shaving oil/gel. It's more for smaller touch up areas.

    Question! I am trying to order one of these for a Xmas present. However, when I search what I see on the box plus 7000, I am met with Philips 7000 but not Norelco. And if I see a Norelco product the device looks slightly different. Are they the same, but the number of pieces differ?
    May I add that this is on Amazon.

      The 9000 model comes with a body trimmer for your chest and ball bag and a hard carrying case! Plus the trimmer says it gets 6/hours fully charged… so you get longer run times. The only thing is the newer 7000/9000 models they sell, they don’t give you the charging brick… you have to buy or use your own adapter. Pretty stupid for the price but I have a lot of adapters. It says you have to use a 5V-1A charging adapter

    I wouldn’t recommend this trimmer for you balls you’ll thank me later just or a ceramic bladed trimmer for below that waist

      The Philips OneBlade Face + Body is great for that. An attachment comes on one of the replacement blades, specific for that job and I've never nicked myself. Its probably not a 100% guarantee but I've just never had a problem yet.

      Hi Brian,
      It does come with a foil shaver attachment, but it's smaller.
      It's more of a detail shaver.
      If your looking to do your whole face, neck, etc, you'll want something to supplement this. 🙂

    really thought about multigroomer vs the bodygroomer and think body one takes it. who the hell wants all those pieces? just legit buy a whole ass electric wahl razor...
    my go to philips all in one adjustable snapped and its just annoyingly cheap, now imagine 28 of them. and losing them. nah son
