    In a day and age where things can be extremely over complicated to the point where most people probably couldn't work out whatever it is because of the times of things being built for ease of use and simplicity are long behind us now unfortunately.
    This Indesit tumble dryer is literally the best tumble dryer I've ever personally owned.
    It has loads of different set times selectable by turning the knob on the machine and other than that the only other thing you can fiddle with/change is if you want whatever it is you are drying to have increased heat used during the drying cycle or not.
    In short I find this a PERFECT unit because I honestly don't see the need or for any tumble dryer to have a GAZILLION different settings/options on it because you end up needing a PHD to even understand and grasp what each of them do. This dryer is very bob basic in it's design but that's what makes it so easy to use!!

    Bought this dryer about 6 weeks ago and I have found that the buttons on some clothes can get stuck in the lint trap. This pulls the trap out, ruins the clothes, and at one point actually caused the belt to snap as the other clothes wrapped themselves around and stopped the drum from turning. Bit frustrated by that!

    Good video, would be nice if there was a measurement of exactly where the vent is. Indesit don't seem to have realised that the dryer is the full depth of a standard worktop, so the vent has to go straight out through the wall. Can I get the info on where the vent position is? Of course not!

    Had one of these for only a month or so before it stopped heating. Also noted that it seems to dull clothes, we got it due to its simplify- figuring less to go wrong was better- but have been disappointed despite its cheap price.

    Hi, you said that a condenser drier can go into a garage, but will it still not leave a lot of moisture as opposed to a vented drier. We want it for our garage, would have preferred a condenser, as we don't have a vent yet, but after seeing your video, it looks like condensers are back in play!!

    Been watching a few of your tumble dryer videos lately and have found them very interesting and informative. I see this model has auto reverse on the drum. Is that a big plus over the Blomberg which is another machine i was considering. We have our tumble dryer in the garage and it is vented. We now need to replace and not sure if to stick with vented or go for a condenser model. With a condenser i know the water goes in to a container but where does the warm air go and does this result in a lot of condensation. What would you recommend for a garage and will hold about 8kg. Many thanks. Trevoe

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  8 месяцев назад +1

      You will find if you have a vented dryer there anyway and you have a hole in the wall to vent the air outside, then i would personally stick with vented. Condensers are good if they are in an enclosed area with no option to vent but as you have the hole there anyway i would stick with vented. If its in a garage, there isn't normally a lot of condensation but it is still recommended to have some form of ventilation in there.

    How does the plastic hose fit into the door of a vented dryer? Mine keeps popping off!

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  2 года назад +1

      On the majority of dryers, the vent hose will screw in around the back of the dryer. The main ones that it can be put on the front will be some of the small 4kg dryers like Indesit and Hotpoint, and again they will normally screw into the plastic part of the door.

    • @lords-electrical

    • @lords-electrical

      They can go in other rooms, but it would be recommended to go for a condenser model rather than a vented model because of the venting of the hot air.
