Human body is designed to move ( Our body have still same physiological setup like it has 10 000 years ago ) but what changed drastically is the environment we live and habits we do - not surprised that so many people struggle with their health , happiness and life in general these days..

They have to understand that when they are focused on their body, their health is better, their mental gets stronger, they can focus on living their dreams... I really think that it is a cercle : each positive idea, each action, makes the machine working and then you are on the road to the life you truely want. :)

Why this is important, how they can change wrong things... In that same goal of informing and helping people but in an other domain (art), I make videos about how to make a animated film and I write articles about that (in French, because I'm French ahah).
