    Your body is the real engine of your life ! Think about it everyday, make it move, and eat food that is appropriate for making it working perfectly.
    Meditation, breathing, fitness, musculation... Read and watch everything you can to get informations and do things correctly.
    Enjoy your body to enjoy your life ! :)

      Benjamin Cerbai I Absolutely agree ! Human body is designed to move ( Our body have still same physiological setup like it has 10 000 years ago ) but what changed drastically is the environment we live and habits we do - not surprised that so many people struggle with their health , happiness and life in general these days..

      I think ii is a big issue in our society. One of my goals is to give informations about that to the largest number of people. They have to understand that when they are focused on their body, their health is better, their mental gets stronger, they can focus on living their dreams... I really think that it is a cercle : each positive idea, each action, makes the machine working and then you are on the road to the life you truely want. :)

      Right now I watch content, I read... about how to have a good health. I practice myself to be activ with my body, and I talk with my friends and family about that. Why this is important, how they can change wrong things...
      In that same goal of informing and helping people but in an other domain (art), I make videos about how to make a animated film and I write articles about that (in French, because I'm French ahah).
      What about you ? :)

      Great ! I Am an artist to ( painting mostly ) :-) Its awesome that you start with your family , but what I find out is that family usually join last :-/ after they see your personal transformation ... I hope your family is more open minded and supportive :-) Good luck !

    Great vid ! And I would add to WHY - Exercise increase your daily level of happiness ! And it does not have to be lifting 200 pound dumbbells or running marathons - it may be just 30 min of walking :-) #BTA3

      +Josie Brown : At a particular moment, a year ago, a said to myself that i had to work to have the body I wanted. So I began to watch videos, to read articles... and practice. I didn't really change but now I exercise regularly (not enough, I have to boost my motivation and create rituals, because my artistic activities are my priority and take time in my daily life) and I feel much better !
      Video like Evan's are a big boost in our lives, and can change thing if we decide too !
