- The KTM RC 390 is the Austrian bikemaker’s flagship supersport in the country and is also India’s most powerful single-cylinder faired bike in its category.
KTM RC 390 Price
The 2022 KTM RC 390 is priced at Rs 3,16,070 (ex-showroom Delhi). The faired motorcycle is offered in three colours including the GP edition.
KTM RC 390 Features
The 2022 KTM RC 390 features a TFT digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity. It also flaunts tech like Motorcycle Traction Control (MTC), Quickshifter, and lean-angle sensitive ABS with Supermoto mode. It gets an all LED lighting system.
KTM RC 390 Engine
The 2022 KTM RC 390 is powered by a 373cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine making 43.5PS and 37Nm. It gets a 40 percent larger airbox which claims to help improve torque delivery. The updated supersport also gets revised engine mapping to improve rideability.
KTM RC 390 Underpinnings
The 2022 KTM RC 390 features an open cartridge WP APEX non-adjustable USD fork and a WP APEX monoshock, which offers preload adjustment and five-step rebound adjustability. The bike also features an all-new wheel design, hollow front axle and new ByBre braking system all of which reduce unsprung weight over the previous generation. The frame, too, has undergone the knife with massive weight savings.

The 2022 KTM RC 390 goes up against the likes of the TVS Apache RR 310, Kawasaki Ninja 400, Ninja 300 and the BMW G 310 RR.

Koi bhi brand ka bike utha lo sab me older gen hi achi performance deti ha and newer gen ma weight jyada hota ha. but yahi ha engineering KTM ka . BS6 model beat kar raha ha apne older gen ko. WIth reduced weight and more fuel capacity.

You should have compared the BS3 with BS6. It's very obvious now that with new emissions norms the bike loses a little bit of performance. Just like how BS3 is known to be very raw and ballistic in performance compared to BS4, BS4 is obviously supposed to be faster compared to the BS6. But in your case either the BS4 one was not well maintained or there was a big difference in rider weight.
You literally stole my comment. As you said. The new RC can never meet Bs3 or Bs4. I have a bs4 and my bike doesn't even come close to the limiter on 172.

@@pathikdesai5853 I previously owned a 2014 duke 390 and the limiter only started to hit at 179 kmph
Now I switched to a UG Dominar cuz I commute 40 kms each day and its more comfy and practical
I still miss how ballistic and raw my Duke 390 was. It was a frantic and phenomenal machine!

bro R15M cant be compared with other 3. Ninja is overall better bike in compare of duke and RC 390 but buy only if you live in city that have Kawasaki showroom.

by the time you both hit 150 , i can hit 179 on my BS3 RC 390 ... thats the difference , now am thinking to swap my 2016 parts with the new RC light weight components ... gives me a grin ..
to get that light weight alloy u need to get those brakes system too and to get those u need new front suspension too and total would be around 50k so good luck

Old rc already a beast machine ❤️.. segment killer, jo public bolte hai sports bike mai comfort chahiye..mai woh logo ko recomend karunga naked bike lele..Old rc ko sabse alag banata hai yr.. Aggressive riding posture, aggressive styling, exposed frames..twin projector with integrated mirror indicator orange touch..sabse hatke banata hai ❤️..and ktm ka engine ko kya hi bolna so Old RC always a better machine ❤️❤️❤️
bro how many tracks we have in india and in UP or in any city. What we will do of this 100% track-ready bike without track. Most of us use these bikes in city for daily use only so a little comfort isn't a bad idea. Ninja 300, rr310 are also sports bike and they are comfortable too. Well at end its all about personal preference, so some will like old one and others will new one.

What is 15 42 sprocket? I changed the stock sprocket to rolon brass but i guess due to more weight, i cant get my bs4 rc 390 go faster than 168 now.
