My Mama’s Homemade Summer Fruit Galette with Fresh Peaches and Blueberries

Today I’m just showing you how to make my Mama’s Summer Fruit Galette Recipe. In the summertime we like to make a lot of fruit desserts and this is one of the easiest because you don’t need a pie dish just some foil and a baking sheet. Today I made a blueberry and peach Galette. One of the things I did today was I cooked the mixture of the blueberries and peaches mixture first on the stove before I add it ontop of my grandma’s pie dough. The step is not required, but I did it today because the peaches were so juicy.
