These are the only PWMs that I actually watch with zero skipping and full attention! I have so missed your Hobonichi videos and am so happy that you shared this one! Thank you! 🤩
Oh, wow. That is such a nice thing for you to say! I appreciate it because sometimes I put content out and don’t really know how it lands. ☺️ I’m so happy to know that it’s being well received!! Thank you! ❤️
My biggest pet peave is the black box with the black box with the month and the pink and red boxes for Sat & Sun. I never could stand them & was tired of covering them… (and I love color on my pages) - they always seem to clash - so I have gradually switched to Sterling ink for the banker slate - I’m in love! I tend to segment my vertical in a similar way or into a semi-dashboard. The dark boxes are ok in your design because of the pale colors that you use. Very pretty.
You use the cousin so beautifully, Julie❤️ I adore how you segment the weekly, you’re able to track and schedule so much on those two pages. Forever my inspiration, dear friend❤️
Thanks so much! That stamp is a super old one and no longer available! 😕 Studio L2E used to sell a set called On the Menu which had a similar little dinner plate, but I’m not sure that one is available either.
Great suggestion with the sticker paper! Amazingly I've found that Ranger archival black ink doesn't bleed through or even really show through Tomoe River paper. But everything else seems to - except really light colors. I heard about Kerri Bradford from you and love her now and bought a whole bunch of her stamps. I love the different cool fonts and the fact that it's not too cutesy, like most other stamp companies out there. Great for decorating these kinds of spreads. Thanks for all the advice and suggestions you've offered!
Is your ranger ink pad a little on the dry side? Sometimes I think that’s the ultimate trick… excess ink will seep through the paper but if it’s sort of dry to begin with it works!
@@plan2create I don't usually use dry ink pads, for some reason the black just seems to give a lot better results. I remember the brown and other colors did bleed through. But I'm excited to try to the sticker paper you mentioned.
I've used the A5 Wonderland 222 before, and it's great, but I've learned that I really like the sidebar on the left hand page and full columns for Sat/Sun. :)
Yes I have, but I struggle because they seem "slippery" and I don't always have the patience to wait out their drying time. So, I just do my best with "dry-ish" dye inks. :)
I absolutely love your videos and style. How do you use your week on 1 page in your half letter? Do you have a video on planning in that layout? Thank you for sharing!
aww, thank you so much. glad to hear you're enjoying my videos. I don't think I ever made a video using that WO1P in the half letter... I think I shared some IG content about it, but never an official YT video....
My goal is to start writing everything down in my planner. But I always seem to forget! Hopefully, my gorgeous notebook from Burga will help me with that
I am always curious about my step count, it often surprises me how many steps I feel I’ve done compared to the actual number. So excited I’ve got March-May monthly sticker & stationery kits from TPS (via a friend working in NY). Great you have a framework so you don’t need to overthink every week and just fill in
I agree! I don’t pay attention to my step count throughout the day and sometimes it’s shockingly low, lol! Yay! Have fun with your TPS kits!! It is nice to keep the same structure. Also open to slightly tweaking it as my needs change. We’ll see!
What value do you get from all the information tracking? I tried writing down the meals I eat, and other every day activities like exercising, sleep, etc.. But after a point it feels like a chore, and I don't glean any insights from all that data. I'm interested to hear how this information tracking has helped you, and if it actually added value to your life, and led to any epiphany.
Oh you’re right, it can feel like a chore but that’s why I’ve narrowed it down to a few things. For me, it’s enjoyable and doesn’t feel like work. I like to look back sometimes and see the meals we ate.. occasionally it will remind me to repeat something we enjoyed! If I’m feeling like a slug, I might look back and see how I’ve been moving my body consistently and it will motivate me to keep going. 🤷🏼♀️ I just like having the data there *in case* I need it but I only track a few things, so it doesn’t overwhelm me. Also, my steps and workouts are stored in an app, so I can catch up every few days. I’m not a slave to recording it every day.
@@plan2create Makes sense thank you! I guess I'm just exhausted with work and other things, that I do not want to have another metric for productivity in the planner as well :D If you have ideas on how to use Hobonichi cousin for non-productivity/metrics etc, please share them.. I'm using my monthly as expenses tracker, which is useful to curb my takeout spending. I also use daily pages for journaling. It's my weeklies I dont know what to do - recently started using it as my ideal day wishlist, where i list down all things that I can't control I wish would happen today.
Very tasteful, very demure planner deco! I feel so overwhelmed with overly decorated pages. Your layouts are beautiful, functional, and tasteful!
haha, thank you so much!!! xx
Totally agree. So pretty. Def. going to use some of these trick!
@@Moonlightthroughdarkness thank you!

Snap, same here, no skipping complete attention all the way through 😊

You can also stamp first on scrap paper then straight onto the planner. The second generation stamp is much softer

Oh they definitely get to me, too. I think I’ve been able to tune them out lately!

Aww, thank you so much, Connie. ☺️ It feels so familiar.. easy to transition back into! 🤍
Great video and love the layout. I’m gonna copy you. Where is the the dinner stamp from?

Love this layout. I have a wonderland 222 but in the A5 size and this is ideal!

Julie, I LOVE your PWMs! I just love how your mind works… looking forward to more videos! ❤
Thank you, ERIN! Dang, you've hung in here with me for a while! THANK YOU!!!!
Always will, girl! You’re my fav! 😊
Your setup is so lovely 😊 Have you ever tried chalk inks? The Versa Magic ones work well on the Hobonichi paper

New notebooks always provide a lil motivation! Have fun with yours. I hadn’t heard of Burga’s so I quick looked them up… beautiful!

Beautifully a minimal and I love this! Would you be willing to consider how you setup the things 3 to augment the hobo?
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it. I’ll try to go into more detail on how I use the app!
This is so beautiful

Catherine Pooler doesn’t bleed through Tamoe River paper
