      You’re very welcome!! Growing fig is a lot of fun and exciting! But don’t expect too much from the first year fig tree.

    I truly appreciate your video. Very well spoken and although a newer fig grower, you prove your experience. My favorite part is the inferior fruit versus no fruit... I agree! Nothing wrong witg breba.

    Hello my friend, I am a good follower of yours and thank you for the good information. Black Maderi is divided. What are the reasons? The water is good and the weather is excellent, and the rest of the trees are excellent, only Maderi?

    I agree about Violet De Bordeaux. It is a pound for price legendary champ. There is reason why it is a classic. But, Montanha Verde is taking up space. It is average at best and too small.

      You got me on Violette de Bordeaux. Pound for price legendary champ. For montanha verde it seem to improve a lot this season. Will see what happens

    What is the smallest fig you know of? Thank you.

    • @khmergreen
      @khmergreen  11 месяцев назад +1

      Violette de Bordeaux or similar cultivar usually dwarf and produce small fruit. Another one is campaniere. It makes small fruit but the tree is not dwarf.

      thank you again.. one more question... what kind of soil do you use? or you mix yourself? ..

    • @khmergreen
      @khmergreen  10 месяцев назад +1

      I use garden soil with locally made compost. I don’t know what the ratio was. If I have to do it again, I would add some perlite. You’re welcome.
