Thank you very much Heather. This is a piece I really would like to play but I feel is too advanced for me at this stage. I will probably try to do it a little bit at the time even if it is one 'battuta' at the time. Best wishes, and thanks again from London UK

I "played" this some time ago but by far the most difficult part is the fast 35 note scale - I only can play it quite slow and then it loses it's impact. As usual a very professional video and very well done all round- I've said this before about your work and I'll say it again!! God bless.

I really appreciate your support! Yes the polyrhythm scale at the end is definitely a challenge. It’s one of those passages that you’re not sure if you’ll play it well EVERY time.

Hello Heather. Thanks so much for this video. I found it extremely inspiring. I've not tried the nocturne in C sharp minor yet. I've been working on nocturne in E flat Op9 nº2. I'm nearing the stage finally where I'm pretty much hitting the right notes😂. I shall now be aiming to apply your approach and techniques to smooth things out and makes it sound more expressive. Any chance you might do a video on this one 😊? Kind regards from France

Thank you so much for your comment and request. My mom or I will work on a piano lesson video for this nocturne. I love that piece and have played it for many years.

I'll check out your other videos in the meantime. 🙂
      All the best.

Hi Giovanni! I know this took a while but I just posted a full piano lesson on Chopin’s Nocturne in E Flat Major, Op. 9 No. 2
      I hope it’s helpful!
