I was just going to write this. I just finished The Viscount Who Loved Me yesterday and thought that’s where the line was from. Haven’t watched Bridgerton yet since I want to read the series first.
I just love these types of videos because they give me a variety of books to choose from. Sometimes I don't even know what I want but a bunch of tropes people asked for recommendations for sounded so fun!
Oh and another trope that I love is Spy romance when the women or men is a double agent or something like that and betray the trust of the other. But I don't find a lot of books with it.
Have you read Becoming Rain from K.A. Tucker? It is the second book from the Burying Water series and it has the undercover spy trope. I really liked it :)
Lead by Kylie Scott is a good “hate everyone but you” romance. Jimmy is described as an asshole in the other books in the series but he’s so soft for Lena and I love it so much 😍
@@rifakhan9376 Toss up between Kenya Wright's Lion and the mouse series and Sam Mariano's Moreno Family series. Wright's has a real kicks** heroine which is nice. She's super sassy. Mariano's is VERY DARK with a very unapologetic mafia villain/"hero". This is not for the faint of heart, but it's excellent. However, be warned the "hero" is very much of the I do bad sh*t, deal with it variety. So not one of those "I'm mafia, but I've really just had a bad childhood and I need a special girl to redeem me types. " I am personally Not much of a fan of that type. I need some grit in my mafia guys. If you want to dip your toes into RH mafia then I wholeheartedly recommend Cora Lee June's Sunshine and the Bullets series.
Hi, I'm new on your channel and really enjoy it so far. You and I have the same taste in terms of books. I recognise myself so much. My favourite trope are Hate To Love, Marriage of convenience and if I had to add one it will be Beauty and the beast retelling 💘 Oh and I just wanted to add that you have the same name than my first one 🥰 who is 9 years old. "Hope I didn't make too much grammatical error, I'm french" ;-)
I'm trying to find books with a strong/powerful heroine, I haven't found a character yet that's as strong as Raven from Boys of Brayshaw. PLEASE tell me somebody here has some recs?!
best "hate everyone but you" romance of all time: Lover Awakened by JR Ward!
Yessss!
Most definitely!!!
“I burn for you” is also in the viscount who loved me!
