I kept refreshing the page 10 minutes before they went on sale. They ended up releasing the tickets 5 minutes before the actual time they were supposed to go up and got mine.
At most places the stage is front of a standing area where people can watch the band... So I'm assuming the person who filmed the video, either arrived early or walked to the front at some point...
