His voice may not be as good as it was back in the days, but still I freaking love this band. They have so many kick ass tunes and I really don't get all the hate they get. AC/DC has used like 3 or sometimes 4 chords through their history and they're considered legendary. Fuck that.

Nickelback is a really, really good rock band, nothing ground breaking, but for those of us who see past the baseless hate thrown towards them, theyve repeatedly put out really, really good albums. To me, they're in the same as Godsmack, awesome fuckin rock band, continuously puts out solid songs that are noticeably "Godsmack," yet no one hates on Godsmack like ppl hate on Nickelback. If you want to talk about pioneers, or bands that have contributed to rock n roll, tell me what the FUCK Jay Z, Tupac, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, NWA & Public Enemy are doing in the fuckin Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame? I know the RNRHOF doesnt set any precedence about rock music but what the fuck? I cant think of a single thing any of those inductees have done for rock music. On top of that, 2 of those inductees were inducted in the same year Rage Against The Machine was up for induction, but didnt get enough votes. R.A.T.M in 1993 was probably the most original rock band anyone had heard in 40 years. So originality unfortunately doesnt go a long way these days. And now it's perfectly OK to have ghost writers writing your songs. 15 years ago a rock or hip hop group would be black balled if their fans found out they didnt write their own songs. It's a sick, sad world we're living in fellas.
