Your gpu runs around 2750+ mhz core and lower memory. I have the top model of the 4070 super it runs at 3ghz constant and 1550mhz extra on the memory. I look forward to testing to see what happens. Sometimes games don't care about an OC, sometimes they care allot. Can't wait to try it.
There might be lots of factors playing in your stuttering issue. RAM is especially problematic in this game. Even 16GB might not be enough in some areas
@@silva-vini I tried most of the solutions from RUclips and Reddit and none of them worked, it seems also a lot with 4000 series RTX have the same problem even those who have 4090 😂

I have a 4070 super, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, and 32 gb of RAM and I can't play the game, in ultra nor high settings (RT off) can anybody help me?

Can you give me your settings? I have 4070 super on High setting and still get stuttering even at 60 fps and above
Just ultra on everything with no ray tracing

They definitely removed a lot of the stuttering
