Hey there.. yes, we just booked all the trips when we arrived in Huaraz. There are some travel agent offices near the main square of Huaraz offering various hiking trips in the area.. we hope you have a great time in Peru 😀😀
Hey2.. if you want to hike to all the lagoons you already need like 4 days at least.. and then if you'd like to hike the Santa Cruz trek you'd need another 4 days.. 😅 if I remember correctly we stayed for more than a week in total, allowing a resting day after the Santa Cruz hike 😬

How did you get to the city of huaraz?
We went there by bus 😀
We arrived there from Trujillo, but there are many regular buses departing from Lima as well! 👍
