Hello again Becky, love the look of the lemon cheesecake, a few years ago I bought Janes Patisserie book on your recommendation so after watching your video today I thought I would make the lemon cheesecake but it’s not in my book so which of her books is it in? My book has green writing on a pinky background with a chocolate cake on the front cover, maybe this was her first book, hope you can help me out on this as I may have to buy her second book🤔 I know from past experience I can rely on you to point me in the right direction you are one super person. 💐Jeanxx

Hi Jean I think you have the first book. Jane is bringing a third one out soon . I got this recipe from her social media , she is bringing them out all the time. I can’t keep up 🤣

Looks good but appears an error in your typed recipe as I was thinking how is it lemon apart from the topping. You add lemon juice in the cream but thats whats missing off your recipe. Look forward to making it though so thanks and happy new year fir when it comes.
