When ichigo teleported after getting to ss was a sonido because his hollow side is leaking due to his anger. You can tell by the quincy’s reaction to his spiritual pressure disappearing.

@@AsbelLhant100 correct. Unlike hierro for Arrancars,blut vene needs to be activated manually to work,it is not automatic. Since Yhwach didn't have his almighty (active at least),he didn't see that coming

The original Gotei 13 did not appear in the manga. That scene at the beginning was very cool. I am editing my reaction right now. Bleach episodes keep getting better and better. I am hoping to see more new information and scenes similar to the original Gotei 13. Hopefully some more insane battles that did not happen in the manga.

I wouldn’t get your hopes up. The staff doesn’t seem too strong, so it’s probably going to be NOWHERE near the level of Yamamoto’s fight. However, I doubt it will be anywhere close to “bad”, though. The staff does have some talent behind it and if the preview images are anything to go by, it’s still going to look great visually. Set your expectations low just in case.

If I'm not mistaken the Quincy were attacked first in the real world because they were unbalancing the souls. This was in Licht Reich days. Sometime after they took the fight to SS. But YH was never a good guy. He was a warlord sweeping across the lands and conquering everything.

They really, REALLY tried to give Sasekibe some respect after he died. Apparently an amazing Bankai. Got the drop on Ywach with one of the most underhanded tactics back in the past. Generally really strong. But far too late though. Him getting punked by Ichigo in one-hit, whilst unarmed, at the start of the series made the rest of the Soul Society seem far weaker than they try to imply, and was generally just a bad call writing wise.

You can tell Kubo wasn't giving too much thought to Sasakibe early on which is understandable considering how long ago that was. But yeah he probably shouldn't have had the lieutenant of squad 1 get done like that by an unarmed Ichigo. It fucks with the powerscaling and it forces you as a viewer to just sort of ignore the fact that it happened when looking at later arcs if you want things to make sense.
Lmao... relax, it's not that deep. Ichigo's speed caught everybody off guard, still does.
By the way, it's not "bad writing" since ideas of mangaka keep changing over time and certain things can just be chalked up to "he hadn't planned that far ahead at the time". Mangaka unlike normal writers, need to add material every week and make it exciting. Other great writers take years off to write a masterpiece and publish it as a complete book in one go, so it's a lot more properly structured.
Luffy beat Crocodile, Crocdile ran from Magellan, but he clashed with Mihawk, disrespected Doflamingo and literally sliced Akainu in half 🤣(none of these guys would run away from Magellan nor lose to that version of Luffy).
Apparently, that's Oda "really, REALLY" trying to give Crocdile respect as a Warlord. Nobody points out how contrived it was because everybody understands the context of war, there's chaos everywhere and anything can happen if you let your guard down around a determined person. Sasakibe didn't imagine in his wildest dreams that a barely 16 year old human invader required that much to be put down, and his hubris cost him a huge L.
It is what it is, things were chaotic. Kubo's style of writing is more subtle than in your face/spoon-fed, pay enough attention to detail and you'll understand.
Literally, Zaraki lost to Ichigo BEFORE he leveled up to attain bankai and blitz Sasakibe, hell even Gin managed to allow fodder Ichigo's escape and later went on to actually kill a way stronger Aizen who previously stopped a much stronger Ichigo than the one Gin let escape, with a finger.
It's the same scenario with Hiruzen who supposedly scales to Hashirama(who in turn scales to Juubito and 10 tails with only about 80% of his power in Edo form), lost to Orochimaru pretty early on. Or how Orange mask Obito was somewhat relative to Minato but Edo Minato would absolutely stomp that version of Obito, and so on.
Axe hand Morgan made Garp bleed(same Garp who punches mountains as a warm up), Lord of the coast took a bite out of Shanks' arm(Luffy one shot that thing, this version of Shanks was already raiding cp0 ships and clashing with Mihawk), Mihawk cut up Buggy with yoru but he survived(Oda didn't consider haki being able to negate devil fruit abilities at the time, so even the World's strongest swordsman couldn't cut Buggy) and so on.
All these things can be forgiven and excused when in reality, the authors don't plan that far ahead for each character and how newer story points may contradict older ones in some way. They try to make it make sense, sometimes it works but it's always obviously a retcon which is fine due to the nature of weekly serialisation.
So why does Sasakibe being blitzed matter, really? Just like Gin, he didn't take Ichigo seriously, unlike Gin he met a way stronger Ichigo and got punished for it... Okay?
If anything it's a feat for Ichigo, not an anti feat for base Sasakibe. Ichigo ain't no axe hand Morgan or Buggy the clown, he actually had captain level AP at this point in time.

Aizen fused with Kyouka Suigetsu. He can activate hypnosis now without the sword as long as you looking at him.

@Baymella he would still need to do his ritual in order for his power to work, unless they already met in the past. If he doesn't need the ritual anymore then why didn't he use his power on ichigo during their fight (unless he deliberately lost as part of some greater scheme)

2:10 King is funny, man. I always liked that Chojiro was made into a badass in the Quincy arc, but it didn't fit with his performance in Soul Society. Someone else should have been taken out by Ichigo. Chojiro always should have been a pseudo-Captain. As far above the other Lieutenants as Yamamoto is above the Captains.

@@copythat9040 it didn't seem like a bad idea, except that with the shikai he can't stall Yhwach, without bankai there is not really much he can do, that and the fact that he was already somewhat tired from the previous fight with the clone just meant hopelesness.
The flames are actually not as powerful in shikai than in bankai, remember that when he was fighting in shikai, the whole soul society was fine, but as soon as he releases bankai, all the moisture and water of the soul society starts drying up and they even showcase the flower drying up and then eventually turning into flames because of how hot it was, and he himself said that he better finish the battle quickly or else the whole soul society and himself are going to end up burning to death.
Because that senile fool knew he screwed up. He didn't stand a chance. His expression was to similar to that of a clown or jester. Yhwach at full power with all of his abilities can solo all of Bleach characters by himself. Yamamoto does not stand a chance. Yamamoto struggled against a fake.
