best defense late game in forts is to just build a huge wall of portals in front of your boat(linked to each other in pairs) so that whenever anything is fired it either goes in the water or towards your enemy. obviously, the downside is that you also cannot shoot, but you can use it to store up materials to build like a nuke, delink a portal, and connect it to one in the back, so intern/opponent has no idea that a portal is not in defense mode, launch the nuke and then link the portal back in defense mode

@@normalchannel2185 no like the portal isn't invincible when it's being linked, it takes roughly 6? sniper shots to destroy completely when not being repaired and jesus christ you can breathe on it with a Minigun or literally any heavy weapon, even the Fire beam for christ's sake, and it shatters

Blitz one of the best combos imo is firebeaming an area (to severely weaken it) and then using the plasma laser on the same area like as soon as the firebeam ends. That way the plasma laser cuts way further in! Edit: Also put a little background bracing in front of your doors so your opponent can't tell when they're open (so they can't snipe your weapons)

Would it be possible to load the front of your ship with portals linked to horizontal portals on your own deck, and then shoot an orbital laser on your own deck to create a super laser? Could be fun
How does the orbital laser work? Does it simply contact the coordinates to a satellite orbiting above the battlefield, or does it actually send charged electrons to the satellite with powers it up and the laser harnesses that power into a beam? Why wouldn't the satellite be able to visually find the coordinates, and why wouldn't it already be powered? These are the questions that need to be answered.
blitz i played that game years ago an your right it is kind of fun but when i played there was a few people that cheated the game for money an gear there was a support thing for it an the support helped with it so over all for a phone game not only dose it look nice an play well you get the help you need if you need any

I played mech arena once for a few weeks, arachnos is indeed really fun to play, I recommend these laser snipers on both sides, you’re like 95% mvp every round
Blitz please for the love of god, press pgup/pgdown when using a laser, you can calibrate it so it shows you where the projectile will land with bullet drop
sus issue that forts should fix: if you set fire on the ship and then delete the core if the ship is sinkink the fire will still be fired and not matter if its under water

Okay, I saw in forts there are hot keys, u can set 3 weapons on each key to fire.
Aim, set weapons on the keys, and just press them fire.
