    Moong Dal, split 1/4 cup
    Basmati Tukda Rice, 1/4 cup
    Ghee 3/4 cup
    Garlic 5 cloves
    Turmeric 1/2 tsp
    Red Chilli pwd 1/2 pwd
    Red Chilli, whole 3
    Garnishes
    Mixed nuts + Dried fruits & Pomegranate
    Spinach + Burnt Garlic
    Onion Tomato Dahi Salad
    Fried Onion + Mint
    Steamed Green Peas + Chaat Masala

    This is a delicious recipe! I served it at a party on a cold winters day and its was a massive hit. This khichadi is luxurious, wholesome and super delightful to eat. It is a masterpiece. Well done! I made my version without the garlic and had about 15 different toppings. It was absolutely amazing. There was nothing left, it was such a hit. The key is the ghee! Dont skim on the ghee. It really is fit for kings.

      Thanks Shachi, I'm so glad you liked it! This khichdi is my go to every Sunday. I'll also try a no-garlic version and see.
