Yes! Absolutely love the cooking with family. Later down the road maybe Ellie cooking with Mom, Dad and Grandma. That might be fun. It was nice to see your grandma doing so well. What a gem and trouper your Mom is for coming in clutch for an impromptu dinner. I dropped in all the time, the difference was my Dad did all the cooking. My Dad loved it when we were all together. Oh and Ellie crawling, so cute. Thank you for sharing these moments with us!
Thank you for the comment! Life has been busy... and my mom just does a million things so it's been challenging to try and find a time to film with her. But I'll see if we can do more! Your dad must've been a wonderful cook!
Always fun seeing you cook with your mom. Also, I enjoy seeing a lot of her kitchen items that are reminiscent of ones I had before such as her Rubbermaid canister, Corning ware and so many more.
Cooking videos with your mom and your family is the best! Need more of them. Those pork chops had me 🤤 😋 Grandma looks great! So glad she is doing well. Wow, and Aiko has grown so much 😊 Ella is just adorable! BTW, I prefer Tonkatsu over Chicken Katsu too😂
I love love ‘Cooking with Gail and family time’! Cari, your grandma does not look like she’s about to turn 100! The way that Reid was looking at grandma from across the table, when she took her first bite of pork chop, was so full of love! He’s so loving and kind! You both are! I cannot wait to see the video on grandma’s party. I know that you folks will have a huge celebration! Your impromptu dinner looked amazing! The coleslaw too! I’m with you, in that I prefer pork chops over chicken. I think I’ll head to Costco today and get some pork chops for dinner, and YES! Ketchup compliments any meat! Have you ever tried mixing a little shoyu into the ketchup? It’s amazing for steak and pork. I’m glad that you liked the strawberries. The package that I purchased last year, was so not worth it. The strawberries were too watery and did not have any flavor, for the $25.00 I paid for the package. 😢 I need to binge watch your videos. Especially, the one from the show you mentioned. Life and time got away from me. I cannot believe how big Eiko chan and baby Ellie are now! It’s so much fun to watch your family grow! Take care!
Haha! Glad you liked this video! Sometimes dinners like this with no plan are the best. Just full of laughter and love. Yes, grandma is almost 100! I’ll be sharing more about that soon!
Oh boy enjoyed this video immensely so nice to see grandma, haven’t bought pork chops for ages, but it looks delicious. Was the cole slaw just mayo and salt or did she add sugar and vinegar. Ellie so cute and her outfit so adorable. Please make more family cooking videos. Thumbs up
Thank you, Jeanne! Yes, she did sugar and lemon (not vinegar this time). I put the ingredients in the description box! I will try to do more family cooking! We will be making another one with my uncles this coming weekend! That should be fun. lol

I’m down! I love watching Gail Tiara (and Reid!) cook! I make her plantation chicken often as it’s an easier mochiko chicken!
Thank you!!! I do too! Haha

I have the same Ramen bowl from my mother. It is at least 35 years old.
Haha! That's so funny! Everyone must've had the same bowls back then!

Any substitute for the coffee rub? Is it in the Hawaii stores?🌺
Not sure... but you can get it from amazon! I have a link in the bio!
OMG, that sugar container, the blue glass bowl, and those colored plastic cups go way back.
Nostalgic...
