The crowd seems to be fairly drowned in their own back-to-business syndrome. The body language of many of these executives gives an impression that they lack energy and interest in a such beautiful and very meaningful conversation with Sadhguru. Sadhguru as always is very impressive and eloquent in his talk, definitely making an intentional effort to wake up the sleeping souls. A Master I am never tired of listening to.
I'm one that often has shortness in breath, (I take medication for breathing better), and when I'm in need to gasp more air, I do the hand breathing technique to breath better, boy does that really work in expanding your lungs for more air to breath. For me it's a life saver until I can get to my medication to take. People, switching the hands over palms facing up really works. I'm able to breath MUCH better in situations like mine. What a great help that is. Thanks Sadhguru!!

for all of you bashing the anchor, you have missed the point of this lesson.
On the contrary I think these people are actually taking in as much as they can. The thing with smart people is they are very skeptical but nevertheless they will digress and digest slowly. Yes their ego will not allow them to admit things right away, but the facts that Sadghuru is mentioning will make sense to them sooner or later much more effectively then those who agrees with Sadghuru right away. Also Sadghuru has a subtle (or rather magical) way of getting to one's ego...:)!

Pam Perumal since when they became "smart" people. People who follow one dimensional material (hedonist) philosophy which was a creation of few bankers (who also owned East India company and looted India) are superficial and stupid. Even though Hindu civilization or India was the richest civilization and largest economy for thousands of years until 1700 AD , we DID not exploit mother earth. The wealth was accumulated over thousands of years rather than in 100 yrs like the west. No wonder west's economy is going down the drain. India blindly aping the west means its economy is also not sustainable.

Sadguru is phenomenal...!!! He is a fantastic orator and communicator....His ideas is so current and contemporary....!!! The anchor is certainly a nuisance, both in her behaviour and her dress...!!! She was asking improper questions, sometimes puerile...!!!

Very well conducted session. Sadhguru at his best as always and anchor is like a small little girl, curious to learn everything from the greatest Guru of the present time.
"Fix Yourself" is what the Sadhguru said - it is sad that many people are ignorant about what he means - nobody, it seems, are in touch with their reality which is their very self. The anchor with her skimpy dress is more of a distraction than serious about conducting an interesting discussion.
The anchor needs to have observed DRESS CODE because it's Sadguru who is addressing .......

The low time Anchor spoiled everything,She needed to speak less and let Sadguru do the talking. The Audience is Superficial and thousand light years behind to attain Nirwana. And Once again Shut up Anchor youre getting on to everyones NERVES

Very good talk! The host was a bit too pushy and perhaps defensive but i admire the fact that she wasnt overly shy or a comformist. I think she just realky wants some answers.
I do feel Sadhguru wasnt able to effectively articulate what are the literal steps needed to "fix yourself" he only mentioned a meditation cd which is ok but too mant peopke are lost and i think providing detailed step by step instruction is needed for a lot of us!
I think that also may have been the hists frustration. Ultimately i believe it is our responsibility to find the truth within ourselves and not depend or demand others to do it for us
Over the centuries, many a great Saint has delivered lectures upon lectures for the good of mankind - however, sad that it is all falling on deaf ears not to mention that many are also ignorant about many things. One cannot expect a miracle to take place to make one understand about the self. Spirituality, in essence, can only be understood when one is close proximity to oneself. Do you need a Compact Disc to learn about your "Self", huh?? Gosh! And, the anchor "wants some answers" from the Sadhguru?? Ignorance at it's height....
Rightly said mam..anchor was doing her own thing but I dont think sadhguru wasnt able to articulate something because we can not expect him to give a '10 step to peace' manual or something like that. :)
I have seen his other interviews where he actually gets into the details of Ishakriya process (the program that his foundation conducts around the world). May be the audience or the time limit wasnt suitable for that, so he summed it up saying..are we so insignificant that we want a 2 minute fix for THIS ONE!
Difficult to 'Read any book,when Held Close to Eyes..." we are Myopic that is the Only REASON/S FOR OUR SUFFERINGS...

I totally agree! These guys have no clue what he is talking about. How would they? I don't want to be too judgmental, but it is quite obvious that these people probably hate all things "mystical", as they are the proud owners of rational intellect and like to think that they are way too sophisticated to even acknowledge his wisdom. Those who identify themselves with their material successes, will never get Vedantic message of "oneness" especially, when they are stuck at the level of their puny intellects!

Just look at the guy at 32:24. These people are lost in their own nonsense, opinions and stupid conclusions about everything. Such people cannot really know or understand anything. I see so many people like that these days. There's no point in talking about anything with them. They are not even listening to you.
