Body fat percentages and muscle mass. Two people can be the same height/weight but if one person is 10% body fat vs the other at 20%, the former will look way better. Even 14-15% is a massive difference. Build muscle and burn fat, the closer you get to 10% your face will become more model-like, defined and so will your muscles/physique. Having an athletic physique also makes clothes fit better too.
