A dogged tradition at Timberline Lodge | KGW Vault

After a fire at the Timberline Lodge this week, we're looking back at some reporting from the 1980s on the lodge's perennial mascot. By popular demand, the lodge has kept a Saint Bernard dog on-staff for decades - with an unpopular interlude for huskies.
